Pros (+) Beds were great. Staff was very nice.
Cons (-) Window in room had a poor seal that let in the cold and allowed more road noise to get in.
Pros (+) Staff was very accommodating and pleasant despite 11 ten year old girls milling around in the lobby.
Cons (-) Would have preferred the hotel to have an indoor pool for the kids to play. We were a soccer team of 10 year olds and there wasn't much for them to do.
Pros (+) This hotel was perfectly located in Fishers. Well lit, very safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) I did notice when I woke up in the morning that one of the trash cans still had trash in it from previous guests. This did make me second guess the cleanliness of the rest of the room, but it truly was clean... I think this just got overlooked because of where it was located!!
Pros (+) The hotel is in disrepair. Elevator was broken for most of the week we stayed there. Had to ask for eash clothes every day -- only gave US one each day. No coffee in room afyet first day unless we went to front desk (when asking for face towels). Mold, mold, mold in the bathroom. Towels and wash clothes looked like they were washed in a creek and scrubbed on a stone. NEVER AGAIN!

Cons (-) I sent my work crew here from 3 hours away for an out of town job. I prepaid this on kayak.com with a company card. Upon check in, the lady at the desk would not let them check in without the COMPANY card that booked the room present. Would not let me give the information over the phone and was very rude about it. I will never book here again for out of town trips.
