We love the locations yet floor was nasty, no towels, and breakfast was unpleasant.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops and attractions, as well as the spaciousness and cleanliness of many rooms. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and accommodating staff, and several found the breakfast to be a nice bonus, though opinions on its quality and variety were mixed. While many found the rooms comfortable, a number of guests reported issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and in-room facilities. Safety and noise were generally not major concerns, but a few guests mentioned feeling unsafe or experiencing disruptions. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and room size, but could improve on maintenance and breakfast options.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Perfect
I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience with my recent hotel stay in Flagstaff, which I booked through KAYAK. The room was not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. The room did not feel properly cleaned or well maintained, and the restroom also did not have an inside lock, which was particularly inconvenient and uncomfortable as I was traveling with another person. Th...

Pros (+) very clean rooms with new furnishings. No carpet, which for me is fine- everything can be cleaned very well.
Cons (-) I was very annoyed to find that our two rooms which I had requested be as close to each other as possible (my husband and I were travelling with 90yo dad and 12yo daughter) were far apart- one upstairs (the one with two beds for daughter and grandpa) and one downstairs. Not what I was expecting. We managed, but that was not the greatest.
Pros (+) The rooms were very spacious for what I paid. I could have brought friends with me and shared the room comfortably. I will definitely be staying against.
Cons (-) Just a warning that you have to shut the doors extra hard haha
Pros (+) For the price this was a very nice place to stay. We were there for a weekend. The room wa see clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Really everything was good. The Breakfast was typical of a hotel that has limited cooking facility. Pre cooked omelets, heat and serve sausage, heat and serve potatoes. They also has yogurt, cereal, muffins etc. So not bad and if you are traveling with kids it would be very good.
Pros (+) Front desk employee had horrible customer service, breakfast was not satisfactory, they forgot to put towels in my room...didn't notice until I came out of the shower
Cons (-) Read above
Pros (+) There was one employee Sim who did a great job and save this review from being a one star. He was eager to make sure we were taken care of and of our satisfaction. He was wanting to assist us if we needed it for our day plans as we were visiting Flagstaff.
Cons (-) We had some issues with the rooms. I had to go to the front counter 4 times as the electronic keys no longer worked for our rooms. We had two rooms for our 6 person group. One of the rooms the toilet was constantly running and flushing the toilet was wobbly and I'm sure was the cause of the problem. Also I think you need to invest in some bigger sheets. The sheets on the bed were constantly coming...

Pros (+) Very clean and well maintained. The price was right. Staff were courteous and friendly.
Cons (-) Didn't get the King room I booked online. 2 Queens instead which was not what we wanted. Exit to outdoors instead of a hallway. The heating/cooling unit was noisier than usual. The water faucet for the bath/shower was tricky to use.
