I stayed at the Courtyard to save a few dollars. Unfortunately, it was not worth the savings. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The toilet handle was broken. The shower was very narrow and the door wouldn't stay closed. And the noise from the nearby freeway was loud. And they did not replace my towels the day that I requested it so I had to go to the desk that evening to get some extras. I travel to N. Kentucky often and will not be staying here again.
Pros. Comfortable bed.
Cons. I pre-booked and prepaid thru Kayak, but the hotel charged my credit card for the room. So now I am in the process of correcting a financial situation that not of my making. So no I am not to keen on this hotel stay. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel.
Pros. Easy in and out.
Cons. We got in late. Put our food in the fridge, showered, turned the air cooler. Climbed in bed. Need a hair dryer. Tried to call for a wake up and hair drier. Phone didn't work. Wake up sweaty, air would not get cooler. Can't call! Get up in the morning fridge is warm. We tell the front desk on the way out, he said "Thanks, I will check into it". Just bummed!
Pros. The bed
Cons. You charged us extra for breakfast, there was no breakfast and no refund !!! Staff was uncaring and shrugged off the issue hot tub was not working pool water was old and salty it was disgusting!!!!
Pros. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The entrance was very well designed and plenty of space for sitting and having breakfast or a snack. They don't offer complimentary breakfast, but they do have this small cafe in the lobby which serves breakfast food and lunch as well as snacks.
Cons. I stayed on the first floor with my mother whom is in a wheelchair. I had requested a handicapped room when I booked, but was not given one when we arrived. I over looked this, but found it quite annoying there were no ice machines on the first floor. I'm not sure why not, so I had to go to the 2nd floor. The layout of the entrance and first floor is very nice, but doesn't make sense to have rooms down there. The pool and fitness room we're near our bedroom so the kids running and playing could be heard from our room.
