However, if you plan on exploring the surrounding areas of Covington and Cincinnati, we’d recommend going for a fuel-efficient compact car. There are dozens of designated public parking spots only for compact cars and you may end up needing to parallel park when in the city. This will also make everything easier when navigating narrow city roads and parking garages.

Cons:The set of keys being cabled together. If you lose one you lose both. Didn’t understand why it was.an up charge to add my wife as a driver?

Cons:No improvement recommendations!
Pros:Yes. At both locations.
Cons:Nothing. Everything went well!
One location in Florence
Pros:Nothing at all. No cars available
Cons:Customer service. No cars available and couldn’t even give me any suggestions even tho I had rented a car there just for them to tell me it was unavailable!!!!! No I’m stranded!!!!!
Pros:Yes, staff friendly and helpful!
Cons:Parking lot was a little crowded but no biggie
Cons:Car wasn’t very clean. Pick up and drop off process took forever. Pick up too about 20-30 minutes, drop off was about 15. Every other time I’ve rented a car it’s been 5 minutes at the most.
Cons:I was supposed to pick up the car by 6pm due to the location closing at 6pm. I called Budget customer service around 4pm to confirm reservation however when I went to pick up the car around 5 pm they told they wouldn t have any cars available until 9 am the next day! I asked them to check with another Budget location nearby but they said they was nothing they could do and that I could address a complaint by calling customer service! I was unable to get another car rental at the last minute and missed an important meeting. This is simply unacceptable.

Cons:Cruise control on the 2019 Versa that I rented did not work. The cruise on/off button on the steering wheel was faulty. I rely on cruise control to keep me from speeding when I drive on the interstate freeway. Not having cruise control was a major inconvenience. Agent at counter was not clear as to what I was paying for, vis-a-vis how much gas I needed to put in the tank, before returning the car. If is unlikely I will rent from HERTZ in the future.
Cons:Everything was great.
Pros:Super easy pick-up and drop-off!
