Cons: No complaints.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location wasn’t bad

5.8 Okay
Cons: We were gone from our room until late afternoon and it had not been serviced when we returned. Also the toilet was plugged up on our arrival night. We noticed after we had returned from dinner. We had to get someone up at 10:00 PM (manager) and he seemed to have solved the problem BUT it was way to much hassle after a long day of driving! .

Pros: Great location if you're going to snorkel around Biscayne Bay. There's a Publix across the street and the kitchenette is sufficient for most meals.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, clean hotel , fresh towels and an excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The continental breakfast was great..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, Amenities, nice staff and free parking
9.5 Excellent
Pros: 1. Amazing service. Superb Staff - we had booked a king studio and we found out that the sink was getting clogged so we complained to the reception and she not only agreed to give us another room but gave us an upgrade to one bedroom king room! Wow that was like a mini apartment! 2. They have breakfast starting 6am until 9:30 am and we missed it by half an hour the next morning. The receptionist was so kind she opened the entire breakfast area for us and asked us to take whatever we wanted! 3. Super clean rooms that smelled great. Fully stocked kitchen. They also provide an induction stovetop free of cost if you ask for it at the reception. 4. Bathroom was great. They have all Neutrogena products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bodywash) And all this at just $110 per night! Value for money! 5. Ample amount of storage. Would definitely stay again at Home2 Suites by Hilton.
Cons: 1.Location was a bit lonely I thought. But it didn't matter much because hotel lobby and hotel premises was fine, secured and well lit. 2. Breakfast could be better since they have very less options. (They can add simple things like cut fresh fruits, add some vegetarian/vegan options in the microwaveable sandwiches, fresh boiled eggs, muffins/donuts). They claim they have 400 combinations of breakfast. Well, there was no such thing. Honestly, they can increase the value of their breakfast by not writing about the 400 combinations thing in their advertisement. Rest all is just perfect!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The layout and format where great
Cons: Over priced and the staff bar one lady were terrible. The gas had run out in the BBQ, and after speaking to the lady on reception she said she’ll go check for some gas and she’ll let us know. 20 minutes later we’re still waiting in the garden for the gas. After we go and chase up where the gas is, turns out she’s not check, she then calls the maintenance guy who will be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we chased again and then she says he’s just found the corner so won’t be long. 30 minutes after that we go to chase up where the gas is again., and she’s now disappeared from reception with no signage , so we wait there for another 20 minutes with a number of other guest for her to return. Eventually When she’s gets through the back log of waiting guests (another 20 minutes) it turns out he’s still nowhere to be seen and our food has been ruined waiting for them to come. Totally unacceptable in the first place however was made 10 times worse by the constant let down from the staff. I’ll not be staying with a home2 suites ever again.

Pros: Room was clean and spacious with GREAT WIFI and cable. The breakfast was amazing.
6.0 Good
Pros: It appeared that the rooms had recently been remodeled. It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, but it worked. It was quiet, and I slept well.
Cons: There was quite a bit of space from the door to the outside that let bugs in. There were ants and other bugs all over. The breakfast area was small and crowded. The staff pulled the door shut right at 10 a.m. and locked us in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very clean and nice.

Pros: Outdoors the had picnic table that you could relax
Cons: Room was small toilet back up bed was really tiny a very compact room no elevators you must go up to flight of stairs with your belongings to get to your room also there will be hold on your card plus a cash 50 dollars deposit when you arrive please be up early for breakfast because they will close it 2 hr before time
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean as always
Cons: Policy change since the last time I have stayed there and this last time I had the worst customer service experience with the lady at the front. Her attitude was just awful and i have never had that from the other ladies that work there. This was maybe my fifth time there and I think it is gonna be my last. I went for check in, presented my id and debit then she was "can you read, read that there it is our card policy" and i was flabbergasted at the thought that she assumed I could not read. I was so offended maybe because I was a black woman from the Caribbean she assumed I was illiterate. I work in the hospitality industry being a holder of Bachelors in the field and as such I know how guests are supposed to be treated and what i encountered was definitely not it. It sad though how one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. I stay for four nights i was just so sad. Then when i was ready to check out there was same lady with attitude. I took several deep breaths before I walked up to the desk.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Price
Cons: Quality of room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very accesible to shopping and turnpike, clean pool, smell fresh room.
Cons: No with extra soaps, shampoos etc in a double bed room for our other guest. The breakfast normal not to much choices to eat and gone fast so basically we decided to eat out.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: Was not much clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that the prices were affordable and extremely clean and presentable compared to other hotels within the same price range.
Cons: I was extremely dissatisfied with the staff! The staff was rude and unfriendly. The guy that checked me in and was there most nights during his shift was not engaging and had horrible customer service. He would never greet me whenever I entered the building. He truly acted as if he didn't want to be there I would speak and he would totally ignore me. On the day of Check Out, The front desk rudely called me 3 times as I was in the process of packing up and attempting to check out to advise me that check out time was at 11am. I advised them several times that I was aware of the time and there was no need to constantly harass me.....The staff at the front desk could really take a course in Customer Service 101 and be trained on how to satisfy their customers with something as simple as being courteous and friendly to their guests.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Dreadful location under a flyover, couldn’t use the pool as it’s location meant the noise was deafening and not at all private. A run down motel that appears to cater for many long term guests, poor breakfast
Cons: Everything
1.0 Poor
Cons: Alot of mlm
6.8 Good
Pros: The cleanliness
Cons: When heading to my room the lady washing clothes stopped me saying I only have 2 adults on my reservation. I told her I know. So she assumed the people that went upstairs prior to me was also with me. I told her she should’ve spoken to her front desk before she approached me.

Cons: The rooms were not really clean, we had some cockroaches in our room, as well as some ants. Everything was quite old and the TV channels were limited to a minimum.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Convenient location to main entrance to Everglades National Park. Front desk staff were friendly. Inexpensive.
Cons: The one light switch for ceiling light didn’t work. None of the 4 small reading lights above the beds worked. Shower pressure was poor. Pair of dirty underwear found in dresser. So room quality left much to be desired.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good
7.5 Good
Pros: Conveniently located for travel enroute between destinations (e.g. Miami/Everglades to Keys, etc). Rooms were clean and comfortable, fridge in room convenient. A plus was the tiki roof picnic pavilion near the pool so could have cocktails or a meal and jump in the pool to “cool off” (wasn’t much cooling as pool was quite warm). Staff were helpful and friendly. Liked the 24/7 coffee in the lobby (enjoyed a welcome cup upon arrival, after a long day of travel and activity). Breakfast was a decent spread.
Cons: Pool towels would have been nice, but office staff offered to get more bath towels if needed. Breakfast room not very nice, but cool/comfortable (air-conditioned) and we wound up taking our breakfast outside to a table poolside.

4.5 Okay
Pros: The front desk staff was nice. Housekeepers are mean they don't speak and they don't speak Spanish.
Cons: It was roaches crawling around my food. Also a roach fell on my baby foot when she was sleeping on the bed how disgusting.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The price was good. It has wi-fi, but the code isn’t posted.
Cons: It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel. It’s not 3 stars, it’s 2 stars at most. The area is rough and feels dangerous. Breakfast is poor and low class people fight for what is there and hijack toaster machine. It attracts lower class people who do strange things. Being a motel there are safety concerns, especially considering the location and clientele. There are annoying noises, such as dogs barking, thin walls, which amplify sounds, and street noises. Someone had a car that wouldn’t start and kept turning it over repeatedly.

Overview
We offer a truly unique experience. We are a different type of bed and breakfast. Whether you are in the main house, pool house or RV everyone has breakfast together this is a bed & breakfast, family style. I talk more about that after I explain all the sleep arrangements available. Also keep in mind that most people enjoy cooking either on the Ducane grill or in the main kitchen that has every possible spice you can image. First there is the main house. In the main house there is The Everglades Room with a full bed and a shared bathroom. Then there is a pool house right behind the main house separated by the pool, of course. The pool house is a complete home. It has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, a full size comfy futon, a small kitchen, a bathroom and an open area, with all sliders open to the pool. Behind the pool house is Vintage Row. We have 5 Vintage aircraft inspired trailers. The trailers range in date from the year 1955 to the year 1977. Let’s go through them 1 at a time. Keep in mind that these are Vintage meaning that there are lots of original parts some over 50 years old. We have tried very hard to keep this original with original parts. 1. 1969 Airstream International. This Aluminum bodied caravan has an Italian Designer Futon that turns into a full bed, 2 twin beds, a bathroom, a small refrigerator and a complete outdoor private bathroom. 2. 1955 Airstream. We call this one the honeymoon suite. It has a custom made King size 12 inch memory foam bed that takes up all the back of the trailer, front toilet, sink on the back of the toilet bowl, a custom queen-ish bed, a small refrigerator and a complete outdoor private bathroom. 3. 1970 Avion has 2 twin beds and front dining table that turns into a queen bed, and full bathroom, but the shower is tiny and the complete outdoor private bathroom is incredible. Cooking in the main house kitchen is available. 4. 1977 Avion has 2 twins with Memory Foam Mattresses and a Futon that turns into a full bed and complete bath, but the shower is tiny and the complete outdoor private bathroom is incredible. Cooking in the main house kitchen is available. 5. 1976 Airstream This is a very fun Airstream. It sleeps 6. There are 2 queen beds and 2 twins. There is an outdoor covered space that has a private bathroom and shower, refrigerator and seating. We served an incredible breakfast, mostly from our own garden. Farm Fresh Organic Eggs, Papaya, Star fruit, Bananas, Mango, Pineapples, Coconut, Avocado, Tomato’s, Dragon Fruit, Peach, Leeches, Passion Fruit, Jack Fruit and Loquat. That is not complete, but it is seasonal, if it is in season you will be served it by the resident private executive Chef Glen. We are trying to living “off the land”. We raise chicken and rabbits also. You get to explore all the plants. Evenings are the perfect time to soak in the hot tub, swim in the pool or sit around the outdoor table in the middle of both and enjoy a drink and great conversation. Since we are away from the "city" we can see the stars clearly. We also get notifications from NASA regarding the space stations path and often times it is clearly viewable from our yard. A game of Horseshoes or Croquet is a welcoming challenge. On colder evening a bonfire is a great addition to the peacefulness of our surroundings. We live in paradise and would love to share with you and your family. We would like to welcome you to the good life. To see the different listing look under our picture there is a “my other listings” to see the other areas. We can host 28 people with the different accommodations. Our beds sleep 2.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and had a pretty pool area. The room darkening curtains and bath area were great. Bed was comfy and luscious (considering the room rate). They had a nice selection of snacks and recreational items(condoms!) to buy in the lobby.
Cons: My room was right next to the pool so I was awakened by the noise. Oddly enough there was not a phone in the room. Please add ceiling fans to your rooms. Air movement helps with sleep!

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: To be honest, nothing
Cons: -Chair in room was beyond disgusting - People were smoking pot infrint if my room -The hotel was too expensive for what it offers
7.0 Good
Pros: All of the staff I came into contact with were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast staff were awesome and helpful.
Cons: The floor in the entire unit was dirty. The toilet had a leak but hoping it will be fixed once I was done with the room. Mostly happy with the stay, just felt dirty in the bathroom and the faucet in the sink seems as though someone with no experience whatsoever put it in. The water was barely coming out into the sink. When I put my hands under the water it flew all over the sink. Horrible design. Also, might want to check the microwaves. Pull the plastic off of them or they'll appear old and used.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast is decent. Loved the microwave made egg-white
Cons: Room and bathroom had a damp smell
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was close to key largo
Cons: Beds were really uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes in the room.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The manger and cleaning staff are rude! The manger harassed me and my coworkers from the time we checked in till we checked out! The manger used foul language when I came to the office to inform him my room was not proplery cleaned! The manger also called the police on me because of my complaint and lied and told them I was play loud music and false allegations! When the police came we had witness to prove he was lying!
Cons: The small bathroom! The room was not up to part! There was beds outside up against the room doors!
7.5 Good
Cons: No ice machines
6.0 Good
Pros: just good
5.5 Okay
Pros: There was only one person in front of me in line to get a room I was standing outside at 11pm for 22min it does not take that long to check some one in, also after the swiped my card and charged me the person at the front desk also told me there is a 10$ key fee & at check out I'd get the funds back . I had to drive to a atm to get the money he could have told me that before he swiped my debt card. I'll never stay there again
Cons: Beds are old and the blankets are from 1986 only thing that was ok was that the bathroom was remodeled
7.5 Good
Pros: Good WiFi
Cons: Bathroom shower had hair in it & sink drained slowly
7.0 Good
Pros: There was no breakfast. No coffee. No vending machine. This is a bare-bones motel.
Cons: I felt a bit unsure about the safety of my room. I felt there weren't amenities--not even a coffee maker or a cup of coffee at the desk. Not even a lobby. This is a bare-bones motel that isn't deluxe in any sense of the word! The manager was nice but this property was not up to my expectations at all. There was loud noise from the room next door starting at 4 am and lasting 3 hours when a couple checked in for sex. There wasn't much to recommend this motel. The location was good for me, but I ended up leaving and going to a motel farther away (which had the same rate) because I didn't feel entirely safe and the new motel had breakfast, a pool, a fitness room, a lobby, and so much more.

Cons: This motel was the most disgusting, unkempt room ever! There was food, hair, and dead cockroaches through out the whole room. The room did not have hot water and there was burn marks and stains everywhere and the roof was falling apart.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super close to the Everglades National Park entrance, but it was also surrounded by a decent sized down with pretty nice vibes. I got in some cool conversations with random people on the street or at business establishments I passed by or visited.
Cons: Wish it could have been cheaper. I generally consider $60 a night for 2 beds to be fair, but I like to find something cheaper, especially outside big cities. I feel I got what I deserved. I would have been happy with a lower price or with a special treat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The privacy
