Pros:The staff were exceptional. Helped with anything we needed. The outdoor amenities were beautiful.
Cons:I thought I was getting an ocean front room with balcony only to get a street front room with no balcony. Very disappointed and misleading on website.
Pros:Access to the beach
Cons:Had to change rooms because the water wouldnt work, a lot of cracks and water damage, noisy, not clean.
Pros:I liked the location and the proximity to the beach. Plenty of open area and the beach, pool, and bar area are taken care of well.
Cons:The beds were not comfortable. The first room was not cleaned properly and I arrived after midnight due to flight issues. The second room was practically barren. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website AT ALL! I also left towels in the floor after they were used and the cleaning staff left them on the floor and just left fresh towels. WHAT? My key kept being de-activated each day and that was a horrible pain since the elevators were acting up and I was on the 6th floor. The hotel is due for a renovation and needs it. I think that I expected a little more for the money that I paid. If I had known it did not look anything like the pictures, then I would have stayed at another hotel.
Pros:The outback tiki and view by the ocean to hang out, drink and talk with friends was great. Awesome atmosphere. Service not that great.
Cons:The hotel is deceiving in that the lobby and general vicinity looks great. The rooms needs upgraded and Renovating. Our first room, the AC did not work so we had to move. This was after I pitched a fit and to them we were not sleeping there. Technically the hotel was full, but somehow they found another room. There was no maintence available in the evening. Then we were missing the basics from the second room. Missing pillows, bath towels, comforter from one of the beds. No Ice machine in any of the floors. To top it off the elevators were broken the day we were leaving. Paid too much and we were missing the basics to any hotel. I've had a better stay at days inn! Then the shuttle service is a rip off. They charge different fees to different people! Won't stay here again!
Pros:We had a great room over looking the ocean. Wife loved the view. Happy wife happy trip.
Cons:Fridge didn't work , but manager comped us for it.

Cons:Bad Management , After traveling for 8+ hours to get to the hotel.. IT OVERBOOKED!!! I had no room! My Pre-paid credit card was charged and i had a reservation number. i paid for this room in full three weeks prior and I was not accepted. the Manager said Sorry there where no rooms available because of a wedding and she wouldn't help accommodate to book me anywhere else local !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
