Cons (-) Definitely not a resort. A lot of junk on property and what looked like someone living out of a van on the property. See Gordon Ramsey's "Hotels from Hell". Wife did not feel safe.
Pros (+) The view was great! Nice sized room (although I paid for it).
Cons (-) Band right outside our room on the ground floor (we were on the second floor). Staff lied to us. Our 'balcony' was also the walkway to the other rooms, so people were always walking by, and some stopped and sat down to listen to the band. Adjoining room had party until 3 am. Couldn't call the front desk, since they closed at 10 pm. No phone system in room.
