I was not sure about leaving my personal vehicle in a sketchy neighborhood with no security cameras on the building that could monitor my vehicle and belongings while I was away. With this Covid stuff going on they could actually clean the car before the next person drives it. There was a scratched off lotto ticket and a piece of paper folded in half under the visor on the drivers side. The drivers side panel where all the window controls are was filthy. This is the 3rd time now that I’ve gotten a dirty car from hertz and now I’ll be using a different company for my rental cars. I will not give them My money anymore.10.0 Wonderful

When I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. I was not happy, and the sales rep was pushy and telling me that I had to pay more for a larger vehicle. I had to argue and get very uncomfortable and insist that they honor the price I was given several times before they finally did the right thing and acquiesced, giving me the free upgrade.Budget

We liked nothing about the experience. We got to the Budget Office in Port St Lucie and there was no car for us. The woman there insisted we travel an hour south (we were heading north) to hopefully get another car. No guarantees there either. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to Orlando to start all over by reserving another car. Our reservations contract was not honored.Cons:

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. I had a reservation for a compact car, it was only me and I was going a lot of highway driving, she said they didn't have a compact and she wanted me to upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler, I said no I asked for a compact. After we stared at each other for a moment she finally "upgraded" me to a Toyota Highlander, so I had to drive this monster around and got half the gas mileage.10.0 Wonderful

This site didn't have cars. Sue, the manager said they requested some but were not there. Finally, because I was strong with her and needed to get to the airport, she made me pay $7 more dollars because she was going to give me someone else's car and it was a full size. When I got to the FLL airport to return the car, they couldn't close the ticket because the car didn't have the barcode. I left and don't know what happened. This is my second issue at this site. The previous time I was accused of smoking! Crazy!
