It was a short stay, with a full day of prep for the Rugby festival and golf and saturday's early start for the rugby. End of stay
Good location relative to where I was working Don't ask for a wake up call. You'll get a gruff "use the alarm clock in the room".
The grounds were very nicely kept. A fire pit with wood was available on the premises which we enjoyed! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and recommended an awesome place for dinner. The bed was Very comfortable and the room was very clean.
D.I.Y. waffle maker for the included continental breakfast. Blind in the bathroom stuck open giving no privacy. Staff didn't know the opening hours of the only store in town 1 mile away. Décor was tired but clean.
The rooms are not fancy but clean and comfortable enough. The location is fantastic and the little town of Franconia is very cute. The hotel's surrounding gardens are very pretty as well. We had an issue with our wi fi and the staff worked quickly to fix it. The rooms could be updated and more bedding is needed in the colder months.
My money back.
Owners very friend y and responsive to any issues.
Location. River was next to hotel Everything was OK. Nice people to do business with.

Inexpensive price Seemed a bit dated and not in most attractive neighborhood
The location is perfect. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin- a bit outdated but was expected due to the value. Very clean- nary a rogue hair anywhere! (Important to me!). The river flows RIGHT behind- simply gorgeous to swim and explore, as we did with kids
Very kind and attentive management. Clean room. Peaceful safe environment. Good location. Lovely
Room was overpriced.
Great location, quick check-in, morning coffee, nice window view. Very loud HVAC that switched on/off every 3 minutes has ruined my night's sleep. Radiators on the walls were not operational.

Absolutely fantastic stuff. Such a clean room and heater worked great (big deal in winter). Coffee any time I asked, great location to Loon and Ice Castles. Motel is outdated but mega clean - I think it's more important then a new tv. Pet friendly ABSOLUTELY EVERYHTING WAS GREAT. THANK YOU FOR YUUR HOSPITALITY
This place was Fantastic! Location is great! Shower was amazing. Owners very friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Super clean and comfy! We will definitely be back!
Bathroom and cleanliness were good. In the morning I got free coffee that was ok as well. The interior was not new, but working. The bed and the mattress were horrible. Too soft even for light persons, and one person moving just a little will shake the other awake. You will wake up in the morning with pain in the neck, or stay awake because of a shaking bed.
The room itself was fine. The lodge was old. The furniture upstairs was covered with dust covers( apparently don't sit here) and the furniture was very old. The drapes to the walk out porch were pulled closed so you couldn't go out. It had seen better days. The whole town was basically closed up. Only place open to eat was a pizza joint. Everything else was closed.
Can't say enough nice things about this motel. I've stayed in over 6 different motels in the Lincoln area and this one is my favorite. I will be back! It is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond with their customer service. They fold the towels like swans and take care of the parking lot during a big snow storm, anything you need they will help with. N/A
We will be using them from now on! Bed was a bit hard
Location, quaint, affordable, surrounding fall foliage was beautiful
The Maple Leaf has very clean rooms. Nice full kitchen. Flat screen T.V. , good cable channels and wifi. Very friendly owners. A very relaxing atmosphere. Great location!
The location to our family. No
The facilities were very good as we had a kitchen where we could cook for ourselves and make picnics. The supermarket was nearby. We were able to go out for the whole day and return to a nice appartment.
I enjoyed my stay at the Maple Leaf. The family running the grounds clearly cared about their guests and were very accommodating. They were knowledgeable about the immediate area, hospitable, and personable. I would definitely return to this hotel. The interior of the rooms looked a little cheap and dated, though the stay was fairly inexpensive comparable to the surrounding hotels in the area with the same commodities at the time, especially since it was during peak color season in the fall.
The hotel staff was unfriendly. The only amenity was coffee which was available in an outer vestibule, but there was no decaf. They charged for ice and it was unavailable after hours. The rooms were not clean. They have hot water heat (which is wonderful) but there were layers of dust on the tops of the registers. The rooms have storm doors on them that slam shut. I still have a rather large bruise on my arm from the storm door slamming into me. Over all - I cannot reccommend the Maple Leaf Motel, and would, in fact, reccommend that it not be used.
Good location, near mountains, near town, but not in noisy area. Good value. Nice room. bed too hard
The town of Littleton is a gem, and the centre within walking distance of the motel. Our single queen room was smaller than many other budget motel rooms we have stayed in, but was adequate.
Our room was very clean. The owners (hosts) were friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.
The facility is older but well maintained. The owners, Chris and Nancy are on site and hands on. A comfortable visit.
very well run no tea coffee maker in room
We rented a room 2 nights before our reservation. I never expected to find lodging, but Inn 32 had an opening. We had arrived at about 10pm to check in. Turned the heat up and went to bed. We woke up to a floor that was saturated with water. The roof had a leak I guess. We dealt with the wet floor and the musty smell because all we were doing was sleeping in this room.
price. the room was dated but clean and good sized. This review is for the mini room adjacent to the office.
The hotel is super close to the restaurants, bars and stores of the city and very accessible to the mountains and the highway. It was a great stay.
It was located on the main street in Woodstock and you could walk to restaurants and gift shops. It was also a mile from Clarks Trading Post.
Great location, affordable, and friendly staff. Easy walk to all the best bars in town. If you just need a bed to crash on after skiing and going to the bar, this is the spot for you.
The Autumn Breeze Motor lodge was very clean and a great value for the price. We only stayed one night when we went to the Ice Castles in Lincoln but I would definitely stay here again if I decided to Ski for the weekend at Loon. I thought the beds were hard, but I like really soft beds, so it may be right up your alley. Next time, I will probably bring my own pillow but that is no fault of the Motor Lodge. I can sleep on anything when I have my own pillow.
