Only stuff was friendly
We took the ICE train from Munich. The hotel is very convenient to everything, it's only 3 blocks from the Franfurt Main HBF which all 5 of us just leisurely pushed our luggages passing thru a lot of coffee shops, souvenir shops, pastry shops, etc. We couldn't ask for anything more. It's very convenient to us that's why we didn't even bother to include breakfast in our booking. We're very happy we booked in this hotel.
The place is tight even the reception is small. To check to the room is quite challenging, you have to pass thru a narrow passageway, 3 or 4 steps of stairs before you find the elevator at the back around the restaurant. Even the hallway in the 4th floor is narrow but the rooms are substantial.
It was located between main train station and shopping center.
Really close to the financial district and the train station. It is in the centre.
The district isn't the best, but I didn't have any problem.
Very conveinient location. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel was quiet and very comfortable
The breakfast has a good selection of cereals, cheese, bread and fruits. The room is clean and comfortable. The reception is helpful in providing us with a map and direction to the city.
breakfast was good and room comfortable
only one towel when two people staying. having to go to restaurant to get teabags and milk, when not replaced. Could not shut the door, it just would not lock. we got the housemaid and the receptionist and handy man none could shut the door to lock. perhaps we were unlucky
Very close to Frankfurt main train station. 10 minutes walk to shopping area.
Hotel parking cost 15 Euro per night which is to much.
I upgraded my room at checkin for a larger room and actually was given a smaller room with a shower that did not work, when I went to check out it seems that the staff did not care about the problems. I did manage to get them to reduce the rate to a standard room.
Location (easy to reach the business and touristical points)
Functioning the plumbing in the bathroom
The hotel is close to the red light district. There were always some suspicious persons around. I once saw a man giving some drugs to another man on a street near the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was good.
thre were no chair in my room.
