Pros: The best thing is the location on the Lake. The rooms are fairly large, and the restaurant was decent, even with a limited menu. Breakfast was good and hassle- free. Staff was friendly.
Cons: I have stayed there many times, and purposely booked it because I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. We were VERY disappointed, after going out of our way to get there, to find that both were closed for undisclosed reasons.
The other annoyances included hot and stuffy corridors and the noisy AC units in the rooms.
We probably will not stay there again. It is too bad that this once-nice faciility is degrading.

Pros: It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We loved the breakfast that was included!
Cons: There was beeping noise all night outside my room. I had requested a quite room. Girl at the front desk said she was new. There is a scent machine right out side my door that may have been empty or it makes the noise every time is sends a scent??
Pros: The nightlight and the fan in the bathroom. Nice touch.
Cons: The fridge door was broken.
Pros: Location, price, accepted pets
Cons: maybe a little outdated but they were refurbishing on the first floor Could hear the kids running around next door....not hotels fault
Pros: 2/3 of the breakfast offerings are available 24 hours per day.
Cons: They need to replace their weight machine!

Pros: It was beautifully furnished in it's historical era. The room was clean and very comfortable.
Cons: The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. I read about the fantastic restaurant and expected the eggs to be fresh instead of powdered. They were not very good.
Pros: I liked the character of it. Beautiful
Cons: I liked everything
Pros: It is an old house, needed a little updating, but the room was exactly what I expected for an inexpensive basic B&B type of establishment. I loved the looks and loved the HUGE room they gave us. Usually the rooms in an old house turned motel are smal
Cons: our AC didn't appear to work. At first we were hot, but I sort of broke a rule and cracked the windows.
Pros: antique charm very nice bar/lounge
I felt cheated on . The reservation confirmation stated that I will have 2 beds and 1 sofa.Upon arrival , the room ( 305) initially offered was not assigned to me . Instead I got room 312 with one bed and one sofa. My family had to accept because it was too late. The staff was nice and cordial.
Pros: The antique style
Cons: The hotel can do a better job in maintaining the freshness of the building while preserving the antiquity. The hallway of the floors had a strong smell ( moisture).
Pros: It's a charming place with a lot of history. There are restaurants nearby, so you don't have to get back in your car and worry about how much beer you've had. I recommend the Talcottville Brewing Company - excellent food, excellent atmosphere.
Cons: The bed was so-so, but OK.
When departing, no invoice available as we had booked on line No itemized statement on charges. We were told all had been automatically charged to our credit card.
Pros: Out door patio, dining room, staff, very good. Unlimited coffee in foyer Parking accomadated handicap. Included breakfast , choice of meat eggs etc above average
Cons: accomadations not of good quality,sink/bathtub had chips, rust Rug was dirty and stained,sofa/chair also,18 inch TV Prior occupants left boxes from purchases in desk and not cleaned out (2 Frost & tint, Gillet shaving kit) Bed clean but old mattress/pill
Pros: Location and the staff. Room was very comfortable - a cozy feeling. Could get free wifi in my room.
Cons: Would not consider it a bed and breakfast. A very nice inn but they need to either improve the breakfast or take it out of the offer.
The White Inn is a charming old Victorian gal. And like most old gals, we start to show our age. If you're looking for a five-star modern hotel feel, this is not it. But, if you love antique characteristics, creaking floorboards, and a flare for the turn of the century living then this place is for you. The staff and service was very polite and very helpful. I can see why the locals visit the Inn's restaurant. A very impressive menu. Not far from a major strip of other eats and stores.
Pros: Old historic charm
Cons: carpet was old and stained, needing replaced.
Pros: Check in was super easy, staff was super nice (brought me my charger for my phone I felt in the room over to my table I was eating breakfast at.) Room size was nice and was very clean.
Cons: Very minimal noise from thruway behind the building, nothing to bother anybody. Maybe a sound wall or insultation could help.
Pros: Decent facility for the price.
Cons: Facilities could use a bit of a facelift.

Pros: You get what you pay for. The room was spacious, climate control awesome, location good. Perfect for hotel as long as you do not spend "Days In" the hotel. I was "Days Out" a lot, so I didn't mind.
Cons: Though it is a dreary hotel on the first floor (dark and stained hallway rugs), that was not the case on the second floor (clean and floral patterned rug). The fitness center is sad. The lay out of the room is odd (entrance of room seems to enter into the bathroom with shower/toilet on one side-with door, and the dink on the other- no door). Lighting if the room is dismal.
Pros: I liked the proximity to the highway. There were also a lot of businesses around.
Cons: It could have been cleaner, but it was great for the price.
