Big Splash Adventure Indoor Water Park Resort is located in Southern Indiana and features a large indoor water park with a retractable roof. Guests can choose from a variety of room combinations rooms and suites, which are all non-smoking and don't allow pets. Several rooms are equipped with kid-friendly bunk beds and have names like Pirate’s Fortress, Pirate’s Hideaway, and Sun Splash Suite. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, and in-room coffee- or tea-making capabilities.
The waterpark at Big Splash Adventure is made up of 40,000 square feet of indoor water fun. Get lost at Buccaneer Bay, a 3-story structure with 10 platforms and nearly 50 interactive play features, or slide down Scallywag Scuttle, one of several fully-enclosed body slides. Relax on the Lost River or play in Lost Treasure Lagoon, a family-friendly leisure pool with activities such as basketball nets, lily pads, and a spinning vortex. Adults can find a bit of a tropical oasis in Palm Cove, which houses a hot tub that stays around 100 degrees year-round. There's also the Treasure Chest Arcade that offers a Gyroscope ride and over 20 games, all of which give the player tickets that can be traded in for prizes and treats.
Big Splash Adventure has sister sites nearby, such as Wilstem, which offers ATV tours, zipline tours, horseback rides, and an elephant encounter. Shotz is another with indoor lazer tag and miniature golf. Gasthof Amish Village is just a short drive away and features a restaurant along with unique shops and bakeries. Other nearby attractions include Hoosier National Forest, West Baden Museum, and French Lick Casino.
On-site dining at Big Splash Adventure is available with The Boatyard offering family-friendly dining and a large menu, Galley Grill serving up pizza, sandwiches, and treats, and Lee Wally’s Lounge, which serves drinks and a small bites menu.
