Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overall praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent amenities such as the onsen and gardens, and the beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. Many appreciated the convenient location near attractions and transportation, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. Breakfast and restaurant options were also highlighted as positives. Some guests noted the hotel is a bit dated, but found it charming and well-maintained. Negative comments were mainly about room size, dated decor, and occasional cleanliness issues, but these did not outweigh the positive experiences for most visitors.
