Close to casino. Bacon for breakfast! Comfortable beds.
Every thing was wonderful !!! room ,beds, food, and coffee in the room too!!
Everything was nice Getting to the hotel... We had to drive3 miles on the access road headed north then. Founder a bridge and go back 4 miles to get to the hotel.
Decent location off the highway, less than 15 minutes away from the casino. Relatively clean, pleasant front desk staff. Plenty of parking space. Old complex, non smoking room smelled like smoke.
I was just stopping over in Gainesville to visit a friend so I wasn't expecting much but a clean, decent place to stay. I have to admit, I was very pleasantly surprised. I've stayed in all kinds of upper and lower scale accommodations but I have to say, that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and I mean EVER. I did not want to give it up in the morning!
The stay was great but the rooms are very close. We had very noisy neighbors so it was hard for my wife to sleep. Not the hotels fault of noisy neighbors tho. Breakfast was very good and a lot more to choose from than most hotels
Comfort and cleanliness. Fridge was nice and was actually cold. As far as quick, no frills Breakfasts goes... this gets a 3 on the scale of 1 to 10. Even with low expectations, this was pretty bad. It was clean though. The TV Remote just did not work. If the remote worked and the breakfast could be tweaked, I'd give this place an 8-9. Forced to give it a 5 though.
Good location on the way back toward Dallas after concert at the casino. Nice staff, clean rooms, convenient location, decent breakfast. A little pricey for the locale, but not outrageous.
Location to casino Mattress comfortable was a old
The room was amazing. The arrangement of furniture was optimal, bed was very comfortable. Food was what you'd expect at any hotel. The bathroom only had a shower. The floor of the shower had some give and creaked every time I moved. I was fearful the floor would fall out. Walls are paper thin.
Complimentary breakfast is a plus when you have four kiddos!!
Wifi would not work correctly Wi fi needs improvement badly
Very clean, staff were very nice friendly, close to Win River Casino with shuttle service to and from. clean and neat, breakfast buffet good.
The location near the casino. We went for the Billy Crystal show. The smell of cigarette smoke - can't get away from it at a casino setting. Room was nice but overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was OK.
Human hair on the sheets and pillow cases.
Rude staff, dirty room, no hot water

The check in person was extremely friendly and helpful. We were 5 adults an the management allowed us to stay in a 4 person room. We were even offered extra towels and bedding. For the price and one night it was awesome. I recommend place to all. Only no pool.

Location good. Poor conditions. Bed side lamps not working. Flourcient buld hanging loose from lamp. Could be dangerous. Breakfast poor.
It's location was perfect for my needs A pool would have been nice
Pool was not available.
it was close to casino The only thing I liked about this motel was it was close to Winstar Casino. This was the worst motel in all categories I have ever stayed in.
Price and location only. The bed was cleNed, But the room was dirty looks like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted.
Nothing Everything. I would not stay here again ever. It had bed bugs. There's no easy access to its location. It was unclean. Not filthy, but severely unkept.
This is the worst hotel. Dirty, smelly, Nothing really
Close to highway Dirty, smelled, uncomfortable and bugs
I had a great room, very clean, floors were clean, bathroom was very clean which is an a+ for me!!!!
Location is convenient One of the worse experience... started at check-in. I booked at booking.com, then the staff said she couldn't find the reservation and went ahead and charged me a total rate slightly higher than quoted (citing higher tax), Things only got worse from there... in the middle of the night, I woke up and felt itchy on my back, then I found many bedbugs crawling, and I was already bitten many times. I quickly gathered my belongings, took videos and pictures of the creatures and went to the front desk. The first thing the attendant said was "feel free to leave, we can't give you a refund". She did eventually offer to switch me to a different room, but I couldn't sleep any more and ended up sleeping in my car that night, feeling itchy all over my body from the bites. I had to throw away all my bags and suitcase worrying I could carry bedbugs with me... in the morning I went back to the front desk and complained again, the manager said the owner/GM Kevin was out of the country and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks, and only he could deal with the matter... I kept calling them after 2 weeks, and was told that either Kevin wasn't back yet or he was busy building another hotel. I wanted them to refund my stay and compensate my luggages (which seemed small compared to the pain and trouble I suffered), but the manager (Nancy) wasn't helping at all and was extremely rude to me. Totally unprofessional. Now I am thinking of finding a local lawyer to deal with them instead. Stay away from this place at all cost unless you want to have nightmares (which I still have now)...
