Request Room Details Before Booking
Contact the hotel manager to discuss room choices before booking, as some guests were disappointed with their room views despite paying for lake/garden views.
Consider Transportation Options
Taxis are difficult to get, and the hotel is a 30-40 minute walk to nearby towns. Consider renting a car to explore the area more conveniently.
Check Wi-Fi Availability
Wi-Fi signal may be weak in certain areas, so if reliable internet access is important, inquire about the Wi-Fi coverage in the specific room or area before booking.
Opt for Main Hotel Rooms
Wi-Fi seems to work better in the main hotel and gardens compared to the apartments. If consistent Wi-Fi access is essential, consider booking a room in the main hotel building.
Inquire About Noise Levels
Some guests experienced noise issues, such as hearing everything from the room above or noise from the street. Consider discussing potential noise concerns with the hotel staff before booking.
Discuss Special Requests
If you have specific needs, such as a room with better lighting or a quieter location, it's advisable to communicate these requests with the hotel staff in advance to ensure a more tailored experience.
Consider Room Type
If you prefer a quieter environment, consider requesting a room facing away from the noisy road for a more peaceful stay.
Explore Dining Options
While the hotel restaurant is highly praised, guests also recommend exploring nearby restaurants for a variety of dining experiences.
Plan for Transportation
The hotel does not have its own cars for guest transportation, so consider arranging for transportation in advance, especially if you plan to explore the surrounding area.
Pack Essentials
The hotel charges for bottled water placed in the room's fridge, so consider bringing your own water or purchasing it from local stores to save on expenses.
