The staff here were fantastic. Very helpful recommending restaurants, providing a map of the city and of course that all important Geneva pass for the 2 days we were there. Junior suites were very comfortable. Our son had a duplex and we had a four poster bed. TV had English channels BBC and ITV which was great. Our rooms overlooked the square but were nice and quiet. Location was perfect so close to the old town and the lake. Would definitely stay again.
We wanted to take dinner but the restaurant was not open on the evenings we were there. Only open for lunch. I don't know if this was just for the time we were there or if they have stopped serving dinner. Internet was a little intermittent so I would suggest investing in some Wifi boosters. There should also be a tea/coffee maker in the room for this standard of hotel. We took our mifi with us and a travel kettle so we were well prepared. 8 swiss francs for a soft drink from the mini bar seems excessive.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, excellent location in middle of shopping district and souranded by many decent restaurants.
The room service was not up to standards, and I has trouble finding my way to the hotel as it is a bit confusing there should be an instruction on how to get to the hotel if you are driving there.
