Cons (-) They turn off the air conditioner at night because they expect you to open your windows to the "cooler" air. The place is next to a port operating 24/7 loading and unloading cruise ships. Pros (+) A gorgeous view overseeing Genoa. It's close to the port - and it's actually one of the cleanest ports I've seen in my life. Extremely professional staff and a decent breakfast by continental standards. I would highly recommend this, particularly if you are going to the ferry the next day.
