The breakfast was delicious. Rooms clean but spare. Bathrooms need updating. No air conditioning.

Quite nice hotel to stay in. Staff on the reception speaks english really poor.

the room was very nice and clean all brand newwe liked the breakfast very much we had one dinner which was also nice. we didnt like the area of the hotel meaning the arrivel way which is very complicated

We could walk to the nicer section of town. cubby hole rooms- No accessories like pictures to make it pleasant.

This is not a four star hotel.

breakfast room We were not given a room on the quiet side of the hotel with mountain views as requested (as we had been given on a previous visit at New Year). We pointed this out to the management and asked to move. This was refused, saying it was not possible, yet it was obvious that the hotel was far from full during our stay. Considering that we were returning guests, we booked three months ago, we stayed for five nights not just one, and that we recommended the hotel to other friends whom we took with us on this occsion, we felt that this was poor service. All their literature says that they aim to please etc etc but it was just not true. In every other aspect, we find this an excellent hotel and ideally situated for visiting our relatives nearby - the accommodation is good and the breakfast room is excellent. However, we shall think twice before returning.

Facilities were as expected

situation, offer of wellness and fitness too many small children (scholl holidays)

A double room was shabbily converted into a family room by 2 dismantable beds...very uncomfortable for kids

Sauna and swimming pool were a bonus. The hotel is very family friendly.

Absolutely NOTHING!!!! This “hotel” doesn’t’ have a telephone, hard to find anyone who speaks English. Receptionist was extremely unfriendly and I thought we are a bother to her because we didn’t speak German. Breakfast was suppose to be included but the older gentleman

Breakfast was good, bed was good, rooms clean. I didn't see the staff at all, only on the breakfast. Service could be better

Enough parking-space. Spacious room, with fine/warm furniture; little balcony; big T.V.; spacious bathroom. Dinner: good prices. Only critics on details: shower gives some trouble with water on floor; restaurant lacks intimacy; hotel is a bit outside the city: not much to see/do in the immediate proximity. But a very good place to stay one night on your way to further south (as I did).

very reliable staff and easy to find with the GPS

The staff was very friendly. We liked the garden. The hotel is suitable to visit with kids. The rooms are spacious. Nice breakfast. Family hotel. We experienced the bed mattress to be a bit uncomfortable. Old(er) bathroom, no bath.

Good Bar staff. Easy parking Remote location. Menu was v limited. Room needed Tea Making kit
