Seehotel Riviera at Lake Lucerne

The staff are just amazing and super friendly. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and made us very welcome.

The room was not as clean as a hotel room normally would be. The hotel is looking a bit tired and jaded and could do with a face lift. Rooms and décor on guest floors look somewhat dated and in need of modernization.
