Pros (+) Accommodations were excellent. Clean room. Many local shops and eateries right outside hotel.
Cons (-) Windows & walls to the outside must be paper thin. Hotel is located on a busy street right next to a University. Could hear conversations of people walking by the hotel as if they were in your room. Very noisy car traffic as well.

Pros (+) A bit upscale for me, I was in the are visiting a friend. Really not a lot hotel options in the area and the rest looked like they were dives, so it was an easy choice.
Cons (-) College hotel and I was there for freshman arrivals, it was kind of a zoo. Very small pool, but it was well maintained
