We are seniors. Wanted to stay off the main beat in a quiet community. We were put on the 2nd floor, no elevators or ramps. We were directly over the pub. The noise was loud, raucous and very disturbing until 2:00 AM. We could have been put on the opposite end of the hotel as there were only a handful or guests. I wrote a complaint and was credited back $20. The night cost was $----. The most we paid for our whole trip into Wy. and Co. for two weeks. they should have given at least 50% back.
Pros: The staff were gracious
Cons: The hotel is old but not kept up. The room was small. The furniture and mattress were old, not antique. More thrift store quality.
Pros: The linens were of good quality and clean.
Cons: The room was dusty. Carpet was old. The whole place has an antique feel to it.
Pros: Beautiful lobby...stepping back in time. Loved the staff...wonderful and helpful. We ate in the lounge/bar area. It was a wonderful meal! Local folks gather here and we all had a great visit.
Cons: I wish the rooms had more antiques...since it an old historic hotel. But the rooms were spotless, and the beds very comfortable.
