The hotel was quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfasts had a variety of fruits, beverages, cured meats, tortilla, juices, and breads. No; however, the location is on the northwest edge outside of town. You really need a car if you are planning to go into the city center frequently. We were there during San Fermin, so having a car made it easier. If you don't want to deal with parking in the city, this location may not be for you. If you don't mind, then you can't beat the hotel and its room rates during the fiesta.
Our room was excellent value for money and very pleasant. We had room service which again was good value and good food. We also liked the location and ambience of the hotel. We returned for a second stay on our return journey. On our second visit we decided to dine in the restaurant but we did not rate the restaurant food.
Menu del dia good idea Breakfast was a little lees inspiring than normal but still good
It was awesome; we got a good deal through booking.com. The hotel was worth way more than we paid for it. Staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful!! Breakfast was also fantastic.
We were en route to Southern Spain and stayed only one night but the hotel was well designed and had a good resturant. It is convenient for seeing Pamplona but also near to lovely countryside. We prefered to have the windows open but the air conditioning units where very noisy so we had to shut the windows.
Very Clean, good sized rooms, and bathrooms. The hotel is in a remote, quiet area (on the edge of the town) The restaurant was closed on the Sunday Evening, and there are no other restaurants within a walkable distance. At 15 euros, the breakfast was overpriced and the fruit available was not ripe.
Excellent in every way, on a motorcycle trip with friends. We arrived early and had a very friendly and efficient reception. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were all very good indeed. Super hotel.
The receptionist tried his best. The telephone did not work. Some lamps did not work.
Covenient and comfortable
good breakfast 1st room was very stinky, maybe cigar, we moved to a 2nd room that smelled but after we aired the room out for a few hours, all wiondows open, it was acceptable. No elevator.
This was our second visit to Husa Noain a handy second stop on our drive from Kings Lynn Norfolk down to Valencia.
Although close to airport very quiet. Hotel easy to find with good secure parking at a reasonable cost.
Very nicely designed facilities, conveniently located near airport and on bus line to downtown.
Great facilities, nice clean and roomy accommodation for a family travelling back to the UK from South Spain. Friendly staff, easy access from the motorway. Overall was excellent and would recommend. N/A
friendly staff, clean room. A bit far from the city centre, but there is a public transport bus stop just outside the hotel which comes every 10--15 minutes.
That you accepted dogs
Good service, clean rooms
Location: convenience for visiting Pamplona via regular cheap bus service and proximity to motorway network for car access Cost of breakfast
The staff was courteaous and friendly. They helped us get directions to Madrid and printed them out for us.
the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good when they got the coffee machine to work.... the room was clean and comfortable if quite small. good bathroom.
Excellent service provided by front desk staff.
clean. per my expectations. 1. price for internet services is too high compared to other hotels. For example, in a Parador the charge is 2 Euros for 4 hours... 2. Location is too far from center of town.
It is a nice setting in the park. The restaurant service was indifferent, and our waitress had not been trained. The room cost too much for the value received. This hotel is more like a three star hotel than a four star. The neighborhood is sterile. The internet offering was expensive, and imposed download, upload and usage limit (how 20th century). I would not recomment this hotel to anyone.
Nicest hotel in Pamplona....perfect for San Fermines if you want to sleep at night...10-15 min walk to all the action.......even the matadors stay at NH Iruna Park
.central location and close to good restaurants A little too expensive
they made me pay additional 20 euros for checking out 2 hours past limit time, althougt i asked for permission the day before
Wireless service was overpriced and poor quality connection. It would put me off using any nh hotel in future. I could not access my emails through a vpn as there was interference in the internet connection. This is a major negative to using the hotels again. I have used nh hotels in Vienna and Frankfurt as I go to both locations regularly on business
The staff were excellent. We booked a double and intended to share with our daughter to save a bit of money, but the hotel staff gave us a n extra bed for no extra cost!
Services good 10 to 20 minutes walk to the center of the city
Good enough breakfast. Easy free parking outside the hotel. Very good price
Hotel staff got us 3 (out of requested 4) tickets to bullfight. No minimum charge for room service (just wanted coffee, and it came very quickly).
Easy to find and good carpark a little out from the centre of the old town, but public transport was good
staff very friendly and accomodation and restuarant all of a high standard and very good value for money
Restaurant staff refused or could not speak english
It is a hotel whose facilities are superior to it's class It is close to train station (10 min by taxi) but not that close/ easy to find by foot.
It is comfortable and all was clean
friendly staff, excellent value, air conditioned, and underground parking for the motorbike excellent
It had all the mod-coms (excellent en-suite, wifi, airco, fridge) and high-quality accommodation for a very reasonable price. Extremely good value for money.
Staff freindly and clean and comfortabkle soroundings and secure parking
Very good hotel, facilities and staff were wonderful and very service minded.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed too much trouble and they were so very polite and always had a smile to boot!
Lovely location; very friendly and just such helpful staff; we just want to go back!!!! Rooms could be a little more polished; but very clean
Excellent value for money
Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice, friendly staff that particulary was accomodating and one gentleman who spoke great English.
The hotel was very centrally located, yet in a quiet street in old part of town.
very lovely, warm lobby, good location
The rooms were bright and tastily furnished. The location is perfect, right in the historic center of Pamplona. No parking beside the hotel, but a underground parking quite close.
Location in the town center. Friendly staff. Rooms faced west and were warm. Wish we would have had a fan. Windows helped once the evening cooled off.
the staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly room was sometimes a bit warm
Ambiance. Limited selection at breakfast. The work on repaving the roadway and square around the hotel were still in fully swing, but should be finished in the next couple of months.
Nice rooms with good tvs and decent sized bathrooms. While not all staff spoke English all were very friendly and extremely helpful. Only a short bus ride from Pamplona. WiFi in the rooms was also nice and surprisingly fast. Would recommend!
Cleanliness of hotel, location just outside Pamplona and easy access by bus - 10 min - to Pamplona. Free wifi, Good value for money. Hotelwing was brand new, modern interior, staff was efficient and friendly. A good alternative for a hotel in the city. Had booked a double room, received twin beds. Upon returning one morning, housekeeping left all entrance doors of rooms open (including of occupied rooms) and had cleaned our room, while we had not checked out yet.
Allowed pets to stay in the room and at no extra cost. The Hotel was well appointed and in very good condition. Nice little bar and restaurant attached. Location was difficult to find and located in an Industrial Estate.
Excellent hotel & perfect for a stop off when travelling. Easy access without negotiating city centre driving. Not a negative point as such, depending on your reason for choosing this hotel, but this is a retail park location so no good if you want a night time stroll.
We really enjoyed staying at the Zenith. The room was very modern and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
I stayed for one night with my wife whilst making my annual visit to friends in Pamplona. I took advantage of a reduced price which was very attractive to me following the fall in the value of the pound against the euro which now makes Spanish hotels very expensive for me.
The hotel was very spacious and the staff, especially one of the ladies in the restaurant, were extremely helpful.
fantastic hotel and only a few minutes by car from the city center!
staff very very help full
Would recommend the hotel to anyone and will return. Post code for sat nav is not for the zenit hotel it takes you 3 miles away in a field.
Can't get any room service (food) from 3:00 to 9:00 PM
Close to the highway - nice & big rooms - good staff - good choice if you are travelling from area of Saragoza to area of San Sebastian eg.
Excellent room and excellent air conditioning. A very central hotel in Pamplona but there are many closed streets so access is difficult. Once I found the way the staff were very attentive and helpful.
The rooms were lovely overlooking the square and the staff we're accomodating The food in the restaurant was not as good as the hotel difficult to gain access by car
Very helpful staff. Superb room. Wonderful facilities. Car was taken from outside front door to car park and returned as we left. Difficulty in finding the hotel in the car. Because of the pedestrian areas it was very complicated to get to it. However the hotel reception staff were helpful in the utmost and eventually we made it although without SATnav I suspect it would have been impossible.
Welcoming and very helpful staff. The hotel is just a few steps from all the important sights of Pamplona. The best air conditioning and heating system we've come across - no noise and no draughts
clean and modern within the old facade
Fantastic location, charming staff, lovely big rooms especially luxurious bathrooms
We stayed one night in order to dine with friends. The hotel was suitable for the purpose incl. free public parking and wireless. You will need a car to drive to Pamplona. Breakfast is from 09.00am - quite late if you have children that wakes up at 6am + there are no alternatives nearby.
it was on my way but nothing special about it.
Very friendly welcome. We arrived late on a sunday but they prep us up so we know which number to contact. Check-n was very friendly and efficient. We were in no time in our room and settled. The city center was not so far, 5 minutes by car. The lady manager pass by in the evening to inquire if everything is satisfactory and about our wish for breakfast. Hotel was very clean and very pleased that the floor is of parquet, very hygenique. Bathroom is very spaceous. No traffic noise even if we had the room facing the street. There was a parking space in front of the hotel for hotel guests - no charge! Our grreat dane was welcome in the hotel. Over all, we are very happy with the hotel. I can't think of any.
Very friendly and considerate welcome on a Sunday. Good value breakfast. Quiet location in light industrial estate close to main roads.
The hotel was in a convenient location for getting into the centre of Pamplona. It was fine in all respects except that the restaurant was not open for breakfast, and little was available is a smoky adjacent bar. See above.
Staff very friendly & helpful
the hosts, two, were very kind and also very informatif about al the questions we had about pamplona and the san fermin feast. no, really nothing.
friendly staff and continental breakfast. big spacious modern rooms. Just very cute in general. Not english speaking which would be fine but there we accidently over booked on booking.com due to a frozen computer which couldnt be fixed and we had o double pay. They gave us free breakfast though, did our laundry and held our baggage long passed we needed to check out.
The host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The rooms were lovely and very clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was great!
Jose and his wife were so friendly, and patient with our lack of Spanish. We managed to communicate well and with humour. Monique was fantastic.. And soooo helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. We were only sorry we couldnt stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.... We'll be back Not a thing.... They were all great
I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and provided us with good information about Pamplona. The room we stay in was a superior room and it had everything you could want included. The design of the room was very funky and may not be to everyone's taste but we liked it. The only factor not in favour of the hotel is the location. It was 11kms out of Pamplona but it's hard to fault it for that as long as you know this before you book in.
The host, José, is delightful and made our stay memorable. The hotel itself is full of character with great atmosphere. It sits on the banks of a stream with pleasant gardens and outdoor terraces. Although on the main highway, our room was very quiet. José is an excellent cook; you see him walking down into the garden at dinner to cut the vegetables to suit the food ordered. The hotel is beautifully placed to see the finest parts of Navarra's countryside. Nothing at all, sad to leave.
we were only staying for one night on our way to bilbao ferry, but we had a very nice time food was very good & the service was excellent, good size rooms
The service and helpfulness of the staff was excellent.
There are so many things to like (love!) about Hostal Navarra!... It's a close walk to the bus station, close walk to the center of town, it's spotlessly clean, relatively recently refurbished, Mikael the owner is hugely helpful and speaks good English, and it's excellent value for the price! (...And I also love that I could have a tea kettle in my room, to make my own cups of tea! :) When it comes to staying in Pamplona, look no further than Hostal Navarra. You won't be disappointed!
excellent location and generally nice facility. squeaky floors. 3 floors, didn't see an elevator.
very clean, tidy and functional and very central and good value would stay again
Friendly and helpfull staff. Close to the bus station and local attractions in town. Clean and tidy rooms.
Located only 2 min walk from bus stop to get to the city in 15-30 min. The individual rooms were not air conditioned as described, and beds were old and low quality. Staff spoke no English. Cost was high for the quality and conveniences offered, but would have been fine if it were a budget hotel.
Nothing. This is a truck stop. It is a truly awful place that smells of smoke in every corner and in every room. Keep away.
despite being advertised as a hotel, it was a hostel. After saying that we arrived at the Alaiz late at night, the staff done all they could to make sure we had something to eat and drink even though they had closed the catering section for the night. we are very grateful for that helpfulness.
Very friendly, close enough to Pamplona for the San Fermin Festival but ideally located to relax.
Very helpful staff. Excellent access to Pamplona for the running of the bulls. Buses ran 24hrs. Smoking in cafeteria.
No English spoken and Wi-Fi to internet intermittent
A comfortable air con room with good ensuite facilities. Not a bad 3 course meal and wine for about 11 euros The hotel is on a Truck Stop on the main road
Amazing staff very help full when asking about whats on and how to get around. Bus stop very close. Cheap and good meals.
Room was a good size and well furnished, excellent shower. Suprisingly good value. A bit difficult to find.
It was the real spain, No hairdryer in room,
The room was excellent, with a large bathroom. Definitely value for money. The hotel was out of the main town area, however the bus was nearby and only took 5 minutes to town.
the breakfast was overpriced, we were the only ones in. the beds do not need to be on castors!!
the hotels cleanliness and comfort and the helpful staff. The hotel in Pamplona was, as to a prior experience in Zamora, a beautiful experience unmatched by US hotels. For the price, they would make a killing in the United States, if they could find as good help as they have in Spain to run and keep the hotel.
The staff at reception is very kind.
clean modern room No facilities for a hot drink
Courtesy and prompt service. The smell of tobacco in my room.
Very helpful staff in the office. Good location to get to the centre of town on the bus. Quiet at night A little walk with the bags from the parking. Slightly dated decor and fittings
Tout était parfait. Chambre très bien située, moderne, spacieuse et confortable, de même que la salle de bains.
nice,clean.efficient staff. Good deal.
Clean apartment The kitchen was locked and we could not use it.
Very good for families, you can wash, dry and cook) Reception and rooms in different places. Reception close at 11 p.m., so if you arrive later you can stay on the street.
Location I specifically asked for a double and got a twin even tho the hotel seemed fairly empty.
Not much, !!!! Bathroom had a water leek, ..there was no restaurant, or anywhere to purchase food, ..had to make do with a terrible vending machine !!!! Restaurant not avalible, ...no other facilities anywhere, Hotel in the middle of nowhere, Not impressed at all....
It might be the last resort in case all the city hotels are fully booked. It is outside of the city - and if you have a car it is quite close actually. It is situated pretty close to the highway (not noisy though) so it is easy to find.
Quiet and away from the mayhem of San Fermin festival in Pamplona My friends and I would have preferred that there was a bus that takes people to/from the hotel into Pamplona as taxi rides can get expensive.
Good, Clean, Friendly
Good value for money but the location is not great.
comfort of the room location not clearly explained... the address doesn't exist in any GPS navigator
There was only one restaurant open during the weekend & that was more of a highway rest-stop. The other restaurants in the area are only open during the week.
cleanliness, friendliness, vehicle near and safe
The hotel was modern, clean and well presented. Nothing in particular although we were a little surprised to be charged for parking in what was obviously a public car park. If it belonged to the hotel, then this was not obvious. It had no boom gate or anything else to signify it was part of the Hotel's property. We accept that it was a car park in high demand but wondered whether the other non-hotel users were also paying to park there.
This hotel is excellent, it is easy to access going on north route, The rooms are large & so comfortable with heating if needed + tv & excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast menu is vast..When we stayed, there was no in house evening meal at the Hotel, but the adjacent restaurant provided a really good alternative eating place. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. "Well done Cross Elorz"
Easy to find. The bar was full of the locals watching football
Extremely clean, recently renovated, excellent price/quality ratio, good noise-insulation, Wi-Fi perfectly working also in the room, only 10 min straightaway road from the city center. Hotel would be worth of a 10, if it was not for the breakfast. When we arrived at 10:30 there was little left and we had to ask continuosly the bar to refill juice or bring some bread. 8 Euro/Person was exagerated for orange juice + 1 cup coffee and the following things of supermarket- quality: pan-carre', brioches + 1 type of cheese + 1 type of ham.
The hotel is very nice. The hotel is located in a suburban location. There is nothing around. Rude awakening to find that Americana exists in Europe.
The hotel seemed to be very popular with locals, yet at the same time they made us feel at home. we particularly liked the upstairs sitting room reserved for guests. it could have been signposted closer to the main road.
Very pleasant hotel, accommodating and well signposted. We took two dogs and they were well looked after.
Good price. Very convenient for Pamplona, as bus ran every 20 minutes from outside hotel. Smoking was allowed in breakfast room (which doubles as a cafe). The Spanish will have a rude awakening on 1st January 2011, when the smoking ban comes into force.
Hotel was located in a nice village/suburb outside pamplona but really close if you have a car. Very pretty hotel, with a nice balcony and a nice quiet outdoor cafe. Overall very well priced, much cheaper than one would expect! Slightly small room, but for that price no one can complain. Big bathroom though and very clean.
Good location close to Pamplona just opposite the bus station, very helpful staff, nice rooms.
bus stop outside hotel to go into Pamplona. Staff very efficient and polite. Good bathroom facilities beds were a bit hard
The room was perfect Too far from city centrum
There was a flatscreen in the room. Luxureous.
The hotel was clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff were fine There is no way this hotel is 3 minutes from city centre as stated, our sat nav didn't even accept it as being in Pamplona! It is 4 miles from the centre. It's location is poor, seems to be between a housing estate and an industrial site. There was very limited choice for room service even though it was only early evening and the restaurant was quite expensive.
comfort/services/facilities and friendly hotel staff no breakfast included
Modern faclity and an ideal stop over on our journey fron Spain to the UK via France I wish I had been informed that restuarant faclities were reduced to sandwiches and burgers in the lounge on Sundays, especially as the hotel site makes a point re high quality chef. Still found a great restuarnat in a nearby hotel, It was a nice hotel too.!!!
