The staff is so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best hotel I had stayed at in a very long time. Friendly staff, super clean and so many amenities including dinner, drinks and breakfast included in the stay!
The front desk team was welcoming. The happy hour and buffet staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The team member Michael was especially friendly and helpful, asked very specific questions to help meet our needs and made sure to visit our table a few times and offer his help. Pros (+) The three free drinks at their kickback was a nice surprise especially on NYE. It was busy due to it being NYE but the staff was always super helpful and friendly the entire night.

Cons (-) My only complaint is the light on the thermostat was so bright and facing the bed. I woke up in the middle of the night and was caught off guard by how bright the room was and attempted to cover it. Not a big deal but I just wanted to share.
Pros (+) Breakfast was delicious - definitely one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. Everything looked very new and clean. The shower was large and had a rain head.
