Pros (+) The three free drinks at their kickback was a nice surprise especially on NYE. It was busy due to it being NYE but the staff was always super helpful and friendly the entire night.
Cons (-) Honestly nothing. We thought everything was great.

Pros (+) Great hotel and service!
Cons (-) My only complaint is the light on the thermostat was so bright and facing the bed. I woke up in the middle of the night and was caught off guard by how bright the room was and attempted to cover it. Not a big deal but I just wanted to share.

Pros (+) Breakfast was delicious - definitely one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. Everything looked very new and clean. The shower was large and had a rain head.
Cons (-) The bed was firm for my liking, and I’m not a huge fan of down style pillows.

Cons (-) There was dried blood on the sheets, a long red hair on the tv stand, a hair tie on the floor in the bathroom, bits of wrapping on the bathroom. Kinda gross. They changes the sheets and apologized, but no further compensation.

Pros (+) Great value: quality bed and linens. Well/designed, comfortable room. Flat screen TV. Wonderful cocktail hour - conplimentary food for a light dinner! Best breakfast of any chain hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Cheerful, responsive staff.
