Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's convenient airport location, excellent service, clean and modern rooms, and comfortable beds. Many found the hotel ideal for layovers or early flights, highlighting the quiet atmosphere despite being at the airport. The staff received high marks for their attentiveness and professionalism. Pros (+) Location can’t be beat if you’re flying out of DFW on American Airlines . It is just downstairs and turn left out of the elevator. The room and bathroom were spacious. Decor very nice, bed comfortable
Cons (-) Only peeve was my husband almost stepped on a screw, in his bare feet, which couldn’t be seen on the carpet. That should have been caught during housekeeping’s vacuuming of the floor
Pros (+) Perfect location inside terminal.
Cons (-) Front desk staff was extremely rude
Pros (+) The view from my room and the window were floor to ceiling- amazing!
Cons (-) Room service was pretty expensive.
