Pros. Staff was Prompt at responding to an issue.
Cons. Hotel was really dirty. Got there to find all desk staff smoking outside the entrance and had to wait for them to finish in order to check in. Floors and halls were dirty and not air conditioned. It was obvious that this hotel is primarily used as a truck stop. In the room- Wood trim was falling off the walls in our room and under the trim was BLACK MOLD! There was dirt in every corner of the room and don't get me started on the bathroom floor. After switching rooms, we were given one best discribed as a bachelor pad complete with a black fuzzy rug on the floor to hide the dip/hole in the floor and it smelled like cologne. I have to say, the cologne smelled better than the previous room. I would not recommend this to place to anyone. It was late when we arrived and we were exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed here at all. We left promptly in the morning on empty stomachs since the breakfast was poor as well... not much of a surprise
Pros. The secong floor has wood floors and the guests in the upstairs room made so much noise i had to call the front desk and complain. Didnt do any good as the thumping stomping and kids screaming didnt stop till after midnight. Started up again at 6am. Staff was ok. Friendly for the most part but didnt seam to have much intrest in anything. If you stay there request an upstairs room because of noise from other guests. I didnt like the breakfast at all. All i found was bread for toast, little debbie snack cakes and couple kinds of cereal. I ended up just eating a bannana and coffee. The food didnt look fresh and didnt apear much time was taken to display it. Overall not a bad stay considering what i paid for the room.
Cons. To much noise from upstairs guests. Walls seamed thin and didnt block any outside noise. Breakfast didnt look good and no hot food items offered. Cereal and donughts was about all they offered.
Pros. Close to the interstate, soft beds, very clean, decent breakfast included, good price
Cons. Did I mention pillows, bring your own if that is an important part of your sleep happiness. Also had plumbing issues from the commode, it tends to overflow, then they questioned me on why I didn't shut off the valve, well I don't thing walking through toilet water in bare feet is my responsibility just saying.
