Cons (-) the rooms were great. Even in the midst of a remodel everything was neat and clean. I will definitely be back next time I come for business.
Pros (+) Convenient location. Nice lobby area.
Cons (-) Room needed help. Light attached to headboard broken and falling over electrical outlet on light fixture not working. Grease stains on carpet and on bathroom floor. Mentioned to person that checked me out and didn't say a word.
Pros (+) Friendly courteous informative excellent customer seevice from the moment we walked in. room was clean and well organized including the glass doors on the shower can't be fun every day!! and I NEVER saw a mess in hall or heard them when doing other rooms.
Cons (-) I do not drink hot coffee, prefer tea in mornings. While tea was not available in my room your bar staff and night desk made some avIlable for me our first night and I truly appreciate thwm going out of the way to find me some.
