Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was more than what was expected and even the other guests staying at the hotel were pleasant. I truly enjoyed my first stay at a Best Western. I will stay at one again, /&: I will stay in the hotel the next time I am in Greenville. For the Greenville,NC area this is one of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and best located hotel.
Cons (-) They did not have any extra pillows for the room, but was able to get some from a vacant room.
