The Avis location here in Greenville nc is horrible !! The staff working there has no customer service and lo and behold they know you as a customer can do absolutely nothing about it .. because the 800 Avis number where you can complain is nothing but a watmste of time !! Nothing will be done … but you can get a response if you do a BAD GOOGLE REVIEW .. than if you are lucky you may get an email .. but I would never rent from them ever BYE BYE AVIS PASS EM
