Cons: I made the reservation online however when I picked up the car at the airport they charged me an additional days rent because the time I wanted to return the car Hertz was not opened yet and they had to be opened for me to drop off. I was charged a full day for a two and half hour delay In Hertzs end.

Recent minivan rental
Pros: Pickup and drop off went okay.
Cons: Exterior had a few dents and scratches. None of the power doors worked which was a major inconvenience when traveling with two small kids. Some stains were on the interior.

Pros: Van was wonderful. Clean and drove well. Everyone was nice and helpful.
Cons: Just need a reminder to bring the credit card you reserved the car with to the pickup.

Cons: I hate the idea that a hold (deposit) is put on my card above and beyond the cost of the rental.
No answering machine, don't ever answer the phone,
Cons: Terrible return experience. Left car and then couldn't ever get a hold of them.

Reservation for wrong Greenville
Pros: I made a reservation for the wrong Greenville. The young man at the counter found it and was able to secure a car for me at the same price. Excellent service and excellent work by your staff. Thank You

Different info from pick up location and Budget 80
Pros: Good, clean car.
Car ran great and got excellent gas mileage.
Cons: I had a reservation for noon on a Friday. I wanted to pick the car up a couple hours later and tried to call the airport location where I was going to pick the car up. No one answered so I called Budget 800 number and asked if I could pick the car up at 2 pm instead of noon. The Budget 800 operator told me the location will hold my reservation for 15 hours and picking it up at 2 pm would not be a problem. So, I show up at 2 pm to pick up the car and the Budget Agency Operator said he didn't have a car for me because I was supposed to be there at noon. I told him I talked to Budget 800 number and told him what they told me and he said "it doesn't work that way". Well, I told him his problem is with Budget and not me!! He ended up finding me a car but his sour and bad attitude did not sit well with me. Then, when I went to turn car in on Sunday, I did so at noon even though I did not pick car up until 2 pm just so I wouldn't run into same problem if that same guy was working. The cage to the booth was closed so I started filling out drop-off paperwork and was almost done when I heard something move in the booth and that same Agency Operator was sitting at a desk doing something but he did not even let his presence be known or ask to help me check the car in. In fact, I even said something about not seeing him there and he didn't even respond to what I said. The Budget Agency Operator at the airport in Greenville, NC really needs to work on his CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will not use Budget again since Enterprise and Hertz have locations at the Greenville airport.
Pros: They had the car I had reserved. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: When I started the car, I looked down and the gas gauge was BELOW empty. I didn't have time to change cars so I had to go ahead an leave- worried the entire time I'd run out of gas before I got to a station. Dude said, "just make sure you return it on empty." Right.
