Location was very close to historic sites. Good value.
Rooftop pool was nice but more lounge chairs are needed.
The location and the first clerk at the hotel
Beds are TERRIBLE, internet is never on, did I say BEDS ARE TERRIBLE already? The hotel is being remodeled, so all day long there is a lot of noise. Bed really are terrible! You can feel the inside wires of the bed.
Everything close to downtown and the tours that the hotel offers
Saturday night was really hard to sleep. I think outside of the hotel or next to it was a party and they did not turn off the music to close to 6 am.
The restaurant staff and food were good. Ramon and the cook were very welcoming and friendly. The location was pretty convenient as well.
Didn't like having to remake the room key each day. It would have been nice to have been advised of this when you first got your key as well. Staff service is ok. They seemed more excited to assist when you were booking a tour versus requesting a service. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days you get certain towels, others you don't. Noise is ongoing issue.
Breakfast buffet had a great variety and fresh squeezed orange juice. It is nearly impossible to find actual fresh squeezed natural orange juice in Mexico in the stores and markets.
Beds were a tad bit firm. Pool needs repair on ladder to exit the pool. Pool could be cleaner.
