-They had a 10 year old child at the reception who charged us extra at arrival for the “extra” person when there were 8 of us and we had two quadruple rooms and they added taxes at arrival too. -There was no hot water and one of the 2 bathrooms was out of order - The bell was broken snd no one told us so at night we had to stand outside for about 15 mins until a man, a rude one, opened the door - every single staff member was rude

The room and bathroom were okay, clean and we got what we needed. The problem was that it was super cold at night and the blankets extra thin.
Water to take a shower was super cold, they said it should get warmer but it didnt. If they dont have hot water in January, they should communicate this.
