The staff was very friendly. Practical for a short stay. At the airport; perfect! Very convenient for those have connections in the airport. Also comfortable bed and very clean room. The location is very good and was very clean. A great option to stay overnight to get a domestic connection, no need to go outside of the airport for a hotel. Right in the centre of the airport. It's a horrible place to stay. Sign-posting to Slaveiro 'Fast sleep very poor. It is expensive. The staff was terrible. High price. The sound proof of the room was not the best. As expected, the size was very small. But nothing that surprised me. Staff, rooms, anything. Too small the space, bad smelling, dark environment, feel unsecure. Nothing. Veeery expansive for a room that my luggage almost didn't fit in. Not very sound proof, but they give ear plugs at least. The Room was super cold although outside was 30C. The wifi login didn't work and they couldn't find why. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Impossible to sleep due to the corridor traffic, lack of sound proof rooms and noisy doors. EXTREMELY noisy. Could not sleep at all. Extremely expensive for a place that the luggage and you do not enter. The noise from other rooms carries. I was lucky to be there late at night so it was fairly quiet until about 6am. The morning staff could not provide any guidance or directions to domestic terminal 1 - not at all interested). Turns out it’s quite a long way by free shuttle bus which would’ve been helpful to know. . Noise from other guest. The worst hotel I have ever used the room was like a prison cell 2mts x 2mtrs no windows cold and noisy. it is a spooky labyrinth. Noisy (walls without sound proof). The room was hot and very hard to find in the airport. There are enough signs to guide you to the hotel. I had to ask people where the hotel was and it took me a long time to find it. Was a bit hard to find, not many signs, downloaded the GRU airport app to help me. Still hard to navigate as a foreigner. The rooms are quite cold, but you can ask for extra blankets. the rooms are too small ( it is you or your luggage). had to haul suitcases up a steep narrow stairs (no elevator). At first it was hard to find. It’s expensive, not very clean and very noisy. Of course you can’t really expect an amazing room but it was a cubicle with of course no windows. the surprisingly size of the room. It's good for overnight only. Noise from other occupants in adjoining rooms was obvious. room to narrow I had sometime claustrophobic feeling. room was a bit small. nothing to complain. Fit for purpose. Our flights were altered so we stopped off literally to shower at 2am The bathrooms were great well fitted, good towels Highly recommendable.
