Casa Amihan - Anda - Building
1
9.1 Excellent (226 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Casa Amihan offers a pleasant stay in Bohol Island for those traveling for business or leisure. This property features Wi-Fi in designated areas, and is just 300m from the Anda Area. Quinale Beach is situated just 2km away. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Airport pickup can be arranged by the hotel upon request. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best place in Bohol. I felt sorry that I did not spend the time here longer. I loved the island but especially the property. The beach there was really nice and the best thing though was the food. Best food we had in the Philipines. For this same reason we did not even eat elsewhere. The staff was the best too and we cannot be more grateful for their help and services. I highly recommend the massage.
Cons: What I really missed here though were some basic cocktails / a bit more diversity like : Pina Colada, etc. and also fruits. Bohol and the Philipines has plenty of fruits like for instance ( watermelon, mango, etc. ) and it was a shame that they did not had too many fresh fruit juices. Watermelon juice I missed the most :) as well as some Margaritas/Pina Coladas/etc.
6.8 Good
Pros: This is an okay resort, right by the beach and sea. The food was quite good, in particular the Pancit Canton was delicious. Internet worked well. The room was large and reasonably comfortable. Wonderful views across the Bohol Sea. It’s quiet and peaceful. The pool is sizeable and good for swimming.
Cons: You cannot swim off the beach, too rocky and the rocks are covered by Sea Urchin. The road off the main road down to Resort was extremely rough. Resort is pricey for what it is, then again I booked late and most Resorts in Anda seem expensive, when considered against city hotels which offer different and maybe more extensive facilities. Overall the style of this resort is somewhat rustic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort is small, clean and quiet. There are only a few rooms so it's not packed with guests. I love the minimalist Mediterranean style. The room well kept and has good facilities. Staff warm and welcoming. Highly recommend the restaurant. Food is yummy-- kudos to the chef! The outside area has enough spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. Has access to the white sandy beach. All in all I love the place and won't hesitate to stay here again on my next Anda visit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The beach is excellent! And the service is great! The food is so tasty. We liked the sisig, sinigang and inihaw na pusit! The tapsilog was yummy too!
Cons: They need to improve on their lawn..needs some landscaping. They might need to change their menu regularly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The private beach is incredible and has good snorkelling. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Food was so good! Definitely get tuna and squid. There’s a nice walk to Anda white beach. The views out to sea are fantastic.
Cons: The pool was slightly less appealing than the sea. There was a small variety of cocktails and a few stray cats in the restaurant area! But lovely overall!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location right next to small beach and crystal clear waters. Very comfortable rooms with a great bed. Restaurant was fantastic, every meal we had was full of flavour and well presented. Lovely staff who went above and beyond to look after us for the 5 nights we stayed. The area of Anda is beautiful and so far unspoilt by mass tourism.
Cons: Nothing, was all good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Personnel welcomes you nicely. Nice location in a quiet place with small private hidden beach. Comfortable bedroom.
Cons: Personnel way to formal. I had to sign a contract that i will return 2 beach towels they borrowed me and if not i will pay 2000 PHP. Also the security guard roughly blocked me from leaving the hotel after check out until someone went in my room to check that i left it in good shape...

Pros: The hotel itself have a soul, and you can experience it from the check in, Food was good with reasonable price, It was very clean and the rooms are very comfy. Owners are very kind and they do greet all customers which is very good. We felt like we were in our home. Many thanks for that.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is beautiful with the pool overlooking the beach. Very relaxed. Comfortable sunbeds. Clean, well maintained, practical. Really Nice staff. In reality It looks better than on booking.com. You stay here to escape the Outer world. Food also very nice at reasonable prices ( Can be compared to alona beach prices) . Would definitely come again!!
Cons: The bed in the gardenhouse was a bit small compared to what we are used to ( but we are 2 big dutch folks)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful facilities, big rooms, big terrace and big bathroom with very nice and cute decoration. They propose attractive private tours around the island. The food is good too and the pool is nice.
Cons: The beach is very close, but not so good for swimming nor for snorkling.
9.5 Excellent

Blue Star Dive And Resort - Anda - Building

8.9 Excellent (149 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Anda, Blue Star Dive & Resort is on the waterfront, within a 10-minute drive of Santo Nino de Anda Parish Church and Anda Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be further out and have some time for peace and tranquillity. Staff are super helpful and friendly, beds so comfortable and rooms were nice too. There is also the option to go snorkelling right from the hotel in to the sea which was great. Only thing to improve on would be wifi- but apart from that absolutely great!
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is stunningly beautiful and right on the coast. The food is good too albeit pricey because there aren't any options close by so you have to eat at the resort.
Cons: The owner overcharged me for the hotel van ride back to Tagbilaran as I also wanted to be dropped off at Panglao. Total charge 3500 pesos which is excessive. He only showed up when it was time to pay the bill lol. A bus trip is a fraction of this. Beware. The bungalows are very old and need refurbishing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place very cute, the sea just below. There is a path that go down to a tiny beach where you can make snorkeling. There, we saw fishes and turtles. The swimming pool is nice.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet and relaxing place. All was very good, the food, the view, comfortable bed, staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The jacuzzi pool, the room was clean, the bed was excellent and spacious with a nice view of the sea. The entirev property was gorgeous!
Cons: They don't have a sandy beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole place is quiet and relaxing. Good for couple getaway. Staffs are very friendly. The food is absolutely brilliant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the location of the resort is excellent.. the staffs are very approachable and helpful. I would higly recommend this resort to my friends.. and surely , ill come back there
Cons: the safeboxes are not well kept.. i would prefer a sound proof room so we cant disturb the neighboring rooms.
4.3 Okay
Pros: the swimming pool
Cons: the over price of everything from the room to food and drinks and they advertised the cost of the room without the VAT and Surcharges and we got trap when checking out and had to pay more than we expected so be care if you look at staying at this resort personally i would not recommend the resort to anyone stay away
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location here is great! Our cottage was right on the front of the sea and the view was awesome. The room is big and spacious and even though there wasn't air con it was cool enough at night because of the sea-breeze. We also had a fan and there is an insect net door so you can leave the normal door open. The bathroom is fine - perhaps the shower could be a bit stronger. The staff here are amazing and super helpful. They even let us play pool at night after they left as long as we turned everything off and left a note for the drinks we had. Service you'd never get elsewhere! Hiring snorkeling gear was easy - we got to see a turtle! The restaurant food is really, really good too.
Cons: We liked everything!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Our room (ocean view deluxe bungalow) had superb views and wonderful balcony. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. (wood/vine furniture) There is a little private beach very beautiful and quiet - good for swimming, snorkeling and diving. good food at restaurant. If you plan to book this hotel make sure you book the ocean view rooms.
Cons: We were expecting to get free snorkeling kit for what we pay for the room, since the whole purpose of the hotel is to enjoy the sea. however, we found the rental fee quite expensive (250pesos/day/person) considering that most people just use it for one hour.
Rd bed and breakfasf - Anda - Building
5
9.0 Excellent (72 reviews)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A fairly new premises (more rooms being built). Rooms are a decent size, bed comfortable, hot water, Aircon and satellite TV. Very friendly staff) family. A basic but perfectly adequate Filipino breakfast is served. Location is 1.6km from Anda main plaza. They also rent bikes (all of which are nearly new and in good condition)
Cons: The WiFi isn't great, often unusable. This is more of an Anda problem in general though not the property as most source their connection from an overcrowded 4G phone mast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: They got scooter rental - 500Php for 1 day though - we figured those prices are common in this area since it’s less touristy
Cons: If your good by foot you might be able to manage to get around without scooter but I would say you need one to really explore the area
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The woman there is sooo nice, breakfast eggs, rice, sausages and freshly cut mango. I had stayed in pretty cheap hostels and for me this was luxury, the shower was nice, it was so clean and very big. the distance to the beach is walkable, but the heat is very strong, so I advice you to take habal habal.
Cons: you have to walk to the beach
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Really comfortable bed, clean room, friendly neighbourhood, super easy (and cheap) transport into the town, hot shower, friendly and super cute dogs and cats
Cons: Breakfast was okay... our toilet seat was broken a little which made it a little uncomfortable Water pressure was a bit weak Check any motorbike helmets before you set off, mine was super cracked and if I were to be in an accident, it wouldn’t have helped much. All together though well worth the stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, helpful staff, good breakfast Peaceful and comfortable Even let us for late check in They gave us the best service! Thank you for everything Anda is a good place
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good and the portions were very generous. The B&B is located a bit outside of Anda city centre so it is quieter and calmer. It is also very close (walking distance) to a couple of gorgeous beaches, caves and cave pools. The staff is very nice and friendly.
Cons: The internet connection was quite bad in our room and the venue is located in an area with bad phone signal as well, but otherwise, I do not have anything else to add here.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was masive and they offered ro us a vegetarian option . We had banana bread (2 slices), rice, 2 eggs, mango, papaya... The best.
Cons: Would be nice to have a lamp for reading
9.5 Excellent
Pros: friendly staff and owner.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Huge room and very comfortable beds. Best new/modern bathroom we have had in all Philippines, amazing shower with hot water. Television in room. Nice breakfast in the morning, served on your terrace. Good motorbikes available for rent from them. We booked a transfer from the hotel to Ubay port which we thought was expensive, but didn't have many more options.

Pros: the place its FANTASTIC!
Cons: none
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The personal of the hotel helps you in everything. Realy clean. Very good instalations and views.
Cons: The location is very far of the good spots
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location, it's on the top of a hill
Cons: The room is super warm, only electric fan is available which is far from the bed. The bed is not comfortable. We came here to rest and sleep but end up resting for 2 hours only because it was so hot. We can't sleep. We decided to leave but the reception is close, and it was 10pm, so we just left the key, and drive home in the middle of the night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Large, very comfortable room in a lovely Colonial style house, set in beautiful tropical gardens. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts Derrick and Anne were fantastic!! and nothing was to much trouble for either of them. (Thank you once again Anne for that special meal) Anne's home cooked meal are delicious, and can be taken in the dining room, on the terrace outside, or in the very well stocked bar if you wish. Derrick is a mine of information, and will advise on where to visit in the area, and how best to get there. They also have scooters for hire. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, and would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Bohol. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Only 10/10. That is a rare case when everything was great. The place itself beautiful and quiet, owners are very kind and friendly. They serve great meals for very reasonable price and can do some by request. Highly recommend Derrick’s burgers ) If you wish more privacy take a big room on a second floor, it’s awesome. Will return here for sure if get back to Bohol
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Love our stay. Derek and Ann were very welcoming and a great help at planning and organising to see the island! All the staff were very nice. Every meal was great, really yummy food!! The Inn is not overly near anything else like town, restaurants or beach (which can be part of the charm, removed from it all) but you can either get a driver or catch a bus easily to where you need to go. The food was good so not too worried about needing to find anywhere else. Lovely pool. Found it to be a really great local experience rather than a touristy area, can't wait to return!
Cons: Bathroom looked dated but worked fine and was clean. There were only fans in the room, no AC and this location is very hot and humid. The fans were effective though as they supplied us with additional fans which made all the difference at night! The Inn is also located a 2 hour drive from the port, very grateful I had prebooked a pickup transfer to be ready for us (Ann was very helpful with telling us how to get there by bus or arranging a driver- very much worth getting a driver!)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As soon as we set foot at Guindulman Bay Tourist Inn, we felt totally at home. Anne and Derrick are great hosts, and do everything possible to make their guests feel at ease. We had a great stay at the Inn: Food is very good - Anne is a fantastic cook who will do her best in accommodating all sorts of requests. If available, try her fresh fruit shakes: They are superb! Rooms are big and comfortable. The entire Inn is spic and span. Annexed to the Inn is Delboy Bar where you can spend some fun time playing pool, darts and having a beer or cocktail. We also enjoyed just sitting at the bar, listening to Derrick's interesting stories (thank you for that, Derrick!! :)). With total honesty, we are super happy about our choice of location. Anne and Derrick can also make scooters available for rent for as long as you need them. This is brilliant for all those who want to move around and go discover the beauties offered by Bohol Island. Thank you Anne and Derrick for being great hosts and, above all, great people! We hope to see you soon in our next trip to the Philippines.
Cons: We have no suggestions to offer to the Inn as everything was as we expected. However, we do have tips for future or will-be guests. Bohol is a lovely island, still kept pristine. This means wherever you go, basic services that we take for granted in the "Western world" (such as, stable internet connection or electricity, strong stream of water coming out of your faucet, hot water) are considered as luxury here. If you bear this in mind, you will have a great stay everywhere in the Philippines (especially in non-touristic places).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our time in this place was unbeatable, it exceeded our expectations. Derek and his family are very nice and helpful. Their food is completely amazing you won’t need to go anywhere else. Very good value for money. We highly recommend this place and we would back for sure. Thank you for our amazing stay guys :)
Cons: Nothing bad to say

Pros: This place is a hidden paradise. Not touristic, very private with beautiful beach and awesome view from the room. Extremely friendly and helpful personal.
Cons: The pizza is great but the other dishes are unfortunately not the best.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice resorts with super friendly and helpful staff, Nice NOT crowded romantic ressort;
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was great. Donna at the reception helped us with everything and more, she was very nice and efficient with us all the time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the bed, the VIEW!, the pool and it’s lovely view, the beach, the billiard table (we played for almost 2 hours.
Cons: Parking space was too small and cramped.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location is very nice, around a white sand beach in a small bay; the pool is nice as well.
Cons: Extremely expensive for the poor level of service and quality of the room. At this price, customers expect seamless service, a TV that works, an AC remote control that has batteries in it, no constant humidity smell, a food menu with more than half the items available, a table lamp which cord is long-enough to plug it, and perhaps even some effort of decoration. The room corresponds to the standards of a room worth perhaps $40 per night. Finally, the ´standard room’ is exactly the same as the ´de luxé, except it has 2 double beds instead of a single queen-sized bed, despite being significantly more expensive.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are friendly and helpful. Beautiful bay, quiet environment. Food is extremely good.
Cons: WiFi is just toooooo slow, nearly can not bear. pick-up from port to hotel is very expensive. Suggest that add special tour start from hotel, end with port, visiting the highlight views on the way.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged everything we asked for. Very nice location.
Cons: Distance from the airport (over 2 hours)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful and friendly. I was without an adapter for charging my mobile so staff at front desk lent me hers for my stay :) The pool was lovely freshwater and cooling. The restaurant staff were very attentive and sweet, giving us mosquito repellent and putting the fan on for us. Even helping us take our food to eat in our room because we were exhausted from our trip from Cebu to Bohol. The landscaping and grounds are spotlessly clean and pretty. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you
Cons: We only a few minor issues....our shower head placement was too high up for me as Im only 5"1 and the rainfall shower head wasnt allowing the water to flow down correctly without spraying all over the bathroom. Our airconditioner sprayed water onto our bed... We also found a broken glass in the water at the beach but i think this was from the neighbouring resort. I cannot fault Anda Cove for not seeing that as it was half buried in the sand in the water. I picked it up and brought it onto the beach so that it would not harm anyone else. I also couldn't work our the curtains in our room. Some extra pillows and blankets would have been helpful including a phone to call reception/housekeeping/etc Anda is 2.5hrs away from Tagbilaran, so its difficult to move around without paying alot in driver fees. Tour to Loboc river, Tarsiers, Butterfly museum is great but 6700 per 2 persons. Expect to pay 2500 Pesos from Tagbilaran to Anda Cove and the resort charges 3000Pesos back to Tagbilaran.

Pros: We had an amazing stay, the staff were really friendly and they have a great sense of community there, they are all a big family and make you feel part of it while you are there too. The rooms/houses were beautiful and clean, food was brilliant - by far the best food we had on our whole trip, and great activities available during the day, wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A resort experience with a personal touch. The rooms (bungalows) are very comfortable yet the design manages to maintain its connection with the surrounding atmosphere and environment. I travelled alone, and was surprised to find everyone there knows my name. The staff (who were always smiling) helped everyone integrate with other guests and soon we all got to know each other and new friendships were made. Planning: as soon as I arrived I found that a detailed plan was made for me to maximise the use of my time. All in all, this is one of the very rare occasions where an establishment exceeded my exceptions, and it really isn't about providing expensive fancy facilities, but mainly about the attention to detail, personal connection and the sense that EVERYONE (from the resort manager to the reception team, instructors, guides, kitchen team, and even the drivers)... cared about ensuring their guests really do have a good quality experience.
Cons: there is nothing not to be liked there

Any personal request we had the staff went above and beyond to meet our demands. Super friendly and overall a superb resort.

Pros: Very professional dive team, the resort looks and feel perfect and offers more activities exept diving, we had a great time
8.0 Excellent
Pros: far away of everything good to relax , a sand beach in the resort would have been a plus
Cons: Some basic services are clearly overpriced booking boat ticket x 2 compare to normal price booking taxi 4600 pesos to go back to Tagbilaran , vs 2500 with any other car and 130Pesos /Person if you take a van with A/C . Renting a scooter 850 vs 500 normally.... one diving 2000 / diving initiation 5000 . Credit card payment 5%

Pros: The place is really charming and the staff is super friendly, they gave us really good advices. Excellent breakfast (and delicious coffee for once).
Cons: Just a little bit dirty in the bathroom when we arrived but we told it to the staff and they cleaned it directly Just be careful cause the location on Maps is wrong, it’s like 2km before the address.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel in front of the sea. Real hapiness to wake up and see the water from your bed. So friendly staff ! Thank you Jazel and the other woman who like diving sorry I don't have your name. It was a pleasure to meet them The room is perfect A "go to" destination in Bohol
Cons: No WiFi in the room 7, maybe too far from the restaurant where we can get It. High prices in the restaurant
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, it is far from everything and this is what I really enjoyed. The waterfront is really nice as well, you can go snorkeling easily. Staff and owner are super nice with us.
Cons: Nothing. Maybe the dogs could be attached when they yield at customers. Little details.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: I am still trying to think if there is something to like to be fair but all we got was a disappointment. Booked for a week, arrived in the evening, left before sunrise the next day.
Cons: The room and the facility was not fully maintained. Paints worn out, molds on the ceiling and the smell inside the room like it hasnt been occupied or cleaned properly plus the humidity that has been stuck inside for so long. Absolutely a waste of money although the price was reasonable but the standards does not match at least to the minimum level. Not worth it at all.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A little comfortable resort with a beautiful garden. Perfect to chill in the hammock! A nice restaurant with great food. Full equipped dive centre with a good boat. The house reef is beautiful with lots of stuff to see. Boat trips to Anda take about 30 minutes. The dive sites there are absolutely fabulous. Our guide was new and eager to show us lots of critters and make our dives great. Thanks to all the team who made our stay unforgettable. We mentioned that we want a grilled fish for the next day. They went in the morning to the market to get a fresh one and made the best fish of our holiday for us. Hope to see you soon again. Keep up the great work!

Cons: All was good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We got the family room and there were three beds in total so our children had their own beds to sleep on. The toilet was really clean and had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Cons: The room was on the street level and any passerby could just walk up to your door; a bit scary because we had kids with us and convenient at the same time. Just make sure to always lock the door and youd be fine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: OMG! Maddie is the absolute best cook. We stayed for a week and ate the whole menu. No bad choices. Everything is made from scratch and delicious.
Cons: Next door to a 24 hour burger stand, and on the main corner of the town. But, Anda is so small it's not a big deal. They should put some fans on the rooftop restaurant. It's pretty hot.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything! the staff is amazing, the room is super comfy and clean. Also the location is perfect!
Cons: The only bad thing it was that the internet wasn't working
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Their taste in music!, super staff with the bar on the top floor looking over Anda.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Very noisy room, right beside the road, over the ceiling a pool table place, bar and local "disco". Good luck to relax )))
Cons: Based on the fact that most Filipino builders, including people, have absolutely no idea about the quality and sound insulation, you can imagine the "comfortable silence" of a room of the hotel located on the main road with shopig plaza beside. The fact is that they have only 3 or 4 rooms, and only on the second floor - the first floor there is an some official institution, second floor has rooms, and on the third floor has a bar and a billiard room with local music. Such rooms is good to rent "by the hour", but to call it as a hotel rooms, my toungh can't pronounce
7.0 Good
Pros: Rooftop bar was very chic and the cocktails were good value
Cons: Inclusive breakfast was on the small size and the double bed was 2 single mattresses combined.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Location ideal. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. The bar + restaurant on the rooftop was very cosy and relaxing. Great food. Friendly staff. Wifi was good.
Cons: Bathroom was small, causing the entire floor to be wet each time you took a shower. But not a big issue for me.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It's near the beach and location have lots of shops outside, delicious breakfast!
Cons: Room 4- aircon not working well, it was so warm inside the room.

Pros: If you and your family want to stay alone to enjoy the holiday,it's a good chioce. I call here as THE END OF THE WORLD. So It’s a long trip to get there. terrible traffic problem. You need cross the whole Bohol along the south coastline to reach the coner of this ialand. We will DISCOVER this Resort in the woods. I love the atmosphere of the first sight to the 【Big service family】,music, delicious food, and icecream(strange way to serve)..... our chief on duty wear a sour-friendly smile. stunning view in front of resort, quiet, pravate. roar ocean and rough rock, and the nature hole ia just 1 km away from us(but the explore trip will show you rough). And the service is special. e.g. Sunset beer in boat, canon adventure for the coastline 【Warning:you always found there are No signal if you want to ask for HELP】 Family Dinner is recommened.
Cons: transporsation: terrible only pubulic Tricycle to the market. restaurant:no other restaurant nearby. toilet: pool sewers, there are 3 sewers in the bathroom,no one works. So you can swim inside the bathroom after shower. no air condition, but two fans is enough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: it's my third time booking here and I love it! As always I like how we almost have the beach for ourselves ☺️ I particularly like the chill tower! I like napping there on hammock while the sounds of the waves and the wind sing like a lulluby. not to mention the view of the beach is so.. man, can't find the right words. just book your stay and experience it for yourself!
Cons: - they could've put more lights along the stairs to the dorm. - no dinner available by the time we arrived. took a 10 min drive to the center to buy us take out dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. We liked the chill atmosphere, the placement right next to the beach and away from everything else. Diving in the morning and eating breakfast with an amazing seaview, reading books on the private Beach. The food was also amazing, the best food we have had on the Philippines. We can definately recommend this place!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, nice staff and good vibes! The best place to get up and feel like in paradise
9.3 Excellent
Pros: If you are looking for a place to completely switch off and relax you have found it. No wifi or tv, comfortable beds, hangout spaces and hammocks looking over the private beach front. Great Scuba and snorkelling straight off the beach. The dinner meal was outstanding 7 nights in a row. We had two families and just loved it. Anda town is a short drive away and a great place next door for a change of breakfast/ lunch snacks options.
Cons: Shower/ bathroom facilities could do with some work. We stayed longer than most I am guessing, so a clean out of rooms etc would have been appreciated.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, secluded location with private postcard-looking beach. Outstanding staff - just their demeanor made you smile (thank you Jeff for everything! ;)). Clean and modern (but at the same time cosy) rooms, great food. Truly a perfect place!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect from A to Z! The resort places great emphasis on spoiling their guests which is perfectly turned into reality by the friendly and attentive crew (good job!) We stayed for 5 nights and it was just amazing and relaxing. The resort belonging restaurant serves delicious meals which is the reason we didn't ate once outside of the resort...we just wanted to try everything from the menu. The room was spacious and charmingly furnished - the queen size bed is very comfy (even the pillows!). The clean and big infinity pool provides a great view on the sea and invites the guests to have a nice refreshment. Not to mention the wonderful and white sandy beach which is situated right in front of the resort. That being said, right on the beach a dive center can be found which offers dive trips to the dive sites just few minutes away from the resort.
Cons: There's basically nothing to complain about the resort and the following shall be considered as complaining on high comfort level but more important as constructive feedback. On the beach we saw a little hut which looked like a bar. Unfortunately this little hut wasn't in the best condition which had a sad impact on the sight of the beach area. It would be so nice if this little hut would indeed be a bar where nice refreshing drinks would be served directly on the beach. The other point we'd like to highlight has nothing to do with the resort but maybe something the resort can make the guests aware of. At the beach there are just a handful covered sunbeds - it's really a pitty to see that some guests go diving and not using the sunbeds the whole day but occupying them with towels and other clothing instead of leaving those covered sundbeds for guests not being diving that day.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful and relaxing getaway from all the hussel on the island. The staff and food was incredible, and the discovery dive was excellent. We were well taken care of and enjoyed our stay.
Cons: It may have been slightly overpriced but worth the cost for a few days. The snorkel gear could have been complimentary to the guest staying there. They had basic tours of the island for the common tourist but their were plenty of other places to explore that were not the ‘mainstream’ guides. I wished they had offered some other excursions.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is the first time we stay in a hotel with “the LANDLORDS”. From the beginning the couple said: “Hello we are here”. From breakfast to dinner you see them any time. The point is that instead of giving good tips to visit the area, which is incredibly nice, they remind you all the time about your kids (we have 2 of 3Y and 5Y) and make you -and other guests with kids- feel embarrassed all the time. In our opinion, too intrusive and strict with children (was it a non-kids-allowed-resort?). Good food and great location; the buildings are getting old but it keeps a 5 starts standard. Finally, forget about unspotted beach pictures, there are always 1 or 2 huge trimarans for diving Center that kills the image... Beach towels (1 per person per day) hard to get changed if needed.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The food, the quiet, the charming attentive service.
Cons: The spa was not very clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff members were friendly and sincere delivering excellent and considerate service. Ever since we arrived, the staff made an impressive entrance with welcome drinks, whilst some helped carry our luggages directly to our room. The hotel restaurant provided a versatile list of food from the local food to the International. The food was artistic in appearance and delicious in taste. The beverage helped cool down amidst the hot weather. We recommend mango shake. The hotel and its vicinity are stunning and eye-opening- the white sand private beach is clean and surrounded by tiffany blue coral ocean, the infinity pool with palm trees, the rooms are big with a big balcony to enjoy sunshine and breeze. It is not exaggerating to describe living in the hotel is like living in a paradise. The hotel offered its own diving sessions with exhaustive diving gears available for rental. Manager Jossie along with her team are professional and caring. There was an introductory session at the pool before diving in the Ocean. Jossie taught well with demonstrations and clear instructions such that we easily picked up some basic and essential diving skills. The underwater is impressive with great biodiversity. We could see many sea turtles and some rare marine species. The water is clean and totally pure that we did not see any rubbish floating. If you are looking for pure vacation and relaxation, this is definitely the place to be!
Cons: The hotel is remote. It takes 2 hours from the Airport to there. Since it is situated in a jungle, it is not uncommon to find some insects such as worms and ants in the room. However, the rooms are definitely clean. There was room cleaning on a daily basis and the hotel provided us with insect repellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the Breakfast was very nice, and the Staff are very nice and sweet
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Service!
Cons: Garden not optimally maintained
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely fabulous resort. The food was excellent and the snorkelling was amazing. Beautiful coral and fish and lots of turtles! We snorkelled several times on the house reef and also went out with the divers to explore nearby reefs and saw an amazing array of fish and corals... we even saw frog fish!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything wonderful. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Food excellent. Some fresh fish every day would even upgrade the menu.
Cons: Music in the dining area often too loud and not always of good quality. Some very soft classical music would be more relaxing than stupid songs. Lots of broken glass on the beach: could be cleaned once a day according to tides. Mosquito spirals and deckchairs on the balcony would be welcome. Check shower in the bathrooms: ours was partly plugged and spraying in all directions. We would have appreciated if the resort was without children.
