First of all I never condemn a place because I do home maintenance for a living but this place well here it is. The night staff was great down hill from there the room i rented had been broken n to the door was chopped an messed up the door latch wasn’t right it was bent from where it had been broken n to the carpet was so bad I wouldn’t even had walked on it without shoes it was terrible discussing an should of never been rented i told the staff I wouldn’t stay n it as it was so bad they did change my room an did all they could to fix the situation I will never stay there n the future unless they come n an up grade it all so disappointed n holiday inn there I hope they fix the situation I have stayed n other holiday inn n the past an never had a problem but this one is terrible find another place

Pros. I liked a lot about most Holiday Inns and this was no different. It had a lot of convenient / cool amenities, like very delicious hot breakfast, a gym, a pool / hot tub, Bed Bath and Beyond lotion, etc. I really appreciated that they had soft and firm pillows on the bed and labeled it accordingly! My friend that I traveled with is a little bit of a germophobe and she lifted up both of our beds to check for bed bugs. We definitely didn't find any; the rest of the room was also very clean.

Cons. One of the only things I didn't like was that our room couldn't get Wifi Connection. When I called the front desk, they did offer to switch our room, but we were already settled in. It was okay, though, because I think most of their rooms have Wifi, just ask if that's something that's important to you.

Pros. This hotel was in a great spot, not too far from the beach and not too close to all the action. It's quite and friendly, there's even a decent bar and grill on the other side of the hotel. Staff was friendly and considerate. I'd stay here ahakn

Pros. Front counter staff was warm and welcoming very eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean beds were comfortable.

Pros. Hot breakfast until 9:30 was good. Theres a bar within walking distance that was a neat place. And its next to some nice walking paths. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms also.

Cons. Only an outdoor pool was really the only downside.

Pros. The room was very nice and clean.

Cons. There were children above us running up and down The halls screaming and slamming doors at all hours. My family and I didn't feel relaxed. We could not rest.
