Cons: BATHROOM WAS A BIT SMALL BUT MANAGEABLE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.

Cons: We made reservations over 6 months ago for 2 rooms and wanted them side by side but didn’t happen. Also our rooms felt like we were in basement

Pros: The staff at the Hamilton Princess always made us feel like we were VIP guests. We loved the hotel's beach, the breakfast buffet, brunch at Marcus' restaurant (UNREAL), and wouldn't have changed a thing! :)

Cons: The prices were very high for everything from the gift shop to the picnic beach lunches, which is somewhat expected, given the price of everything in Bermuda. But it made it difficult to splurge on other things (like spa treatments) when even the food was so expensive.

Pros: All it has been said.. amazing

Pros: The Hamilton Princess is a gem, it was a pleasure from the moment I stepped onto the property. The staff is lovely and all went above and beyond. Every detail was looked after and I found it very hard to leave!

Cons: The only complaint was the weather - chilly & windy this time of year

Cons: Cleaning times for room were inconstant but still managed to keep everything smelling and looking good

Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is very convenient for walking to town/shops and to the ferry terminal. The food at the new Marcus Samuelson restaurant was very good.

Cons: The hotel was under renovations and this was not made apparent when booking the hotel. The construction work started quite early every day - including Sunday. Overall, the hotel is very nice but not as luxurious as expected for the price.

Pros: The food service was not good. Coffee always served mildly warm when it should be hot. Food orders took really long time to come from the kitchen and some dishes were also not served hot.

Cons: Gratuity of 17% automatically added to all food. This appears though to be an island wide practice.

Cons: The first room I was given was looking out at employee parking lot when my itinerary stated room was next to new pool seems to always happen when you book through travel sites

Pros: From our arrival the Staff and experience was delightful. Thanksgiving Dinner at Huckleberry was terrific.

Cons: Setting is lovely. The porch is welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Location was quiet but close to town.

Pros: If you are looking for a quiet upscale place to stay in Bermuda you must consider Rosedon. It's a hidden oasis right in Hamilton. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and grounds very clean. The gardens are beautiful. We would definitely return.

Cons: Was not a concern for us, but no restaurant or bar on premises. They do provide an honor bar in the main building though and plenty of places within walking distance.

Pros: We enjoyed everything. The service was excellent and staff friendly.

Pros: The hotel is well situated in the capital. It's a beautiful property with extra attentive and helpful staff. The food is delicious and afternoon tea was lovely.

Cons: We chose the hotel due to it being designated as family friendly as we were traveling with our children (a toddler and a three month old) and it was difficult to get around with strollers since there are many steps to get anywhere. Also, the pool doesn't have a shallow area for kids to play in - it starts at three feet; also there were duck sculptures that emit water on the deep end of the pool which was really dangerous. The door knob in the room door is super low and there's no way to fully lock it from the inside so our toddler kept opening the door and getting out. Finally we requested a crib but it was never provided.

Pros: Everyone was so warm and friendly. Our stay has been wonderful. The hotel is a delightful place to stay. Highly recommended

Pros: The hotel is set in glorious gardens with lush palms, roses, bedding plants, a bird feeder, a fish pond and a resident cat. It is in a quiet location, yet downtown Hamilton, the buses and the ferries are readily accessible - 10-15 minutes' walk away. There are tables and chairs and a swing outside for warmer days, as well as a small pool. The on-site restaurant is superb. The continental breakfast offers choices and is set out in a large bright airy room; there is also a wine hour in the early evening. It is very convenient to have a kitchenette and sitting area in the room, with the possibility to self-cater some meals. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We visited in winter to travel around the island and tour sites, rather than swim and sunbathe, and were able to do all we wanted during the days and return to pleasant surroundings in the evenings.

Pros: It was a continental breakfast. Excellent and well presented. Beautiful surroundings and great garden views.

Cons: The only issue I had was with the room and the noise. I could hear everyone walking and it was so loud that it felt they were walking on my head. Make sure when you book you ask the staff about a room which doesn't have that problem.

Pros: Good areas for relaxation. Out of busy town but close. Lots of space and nice gardens. Very friendly staff. Great service.

Pros: Close to St George Town. I arrived to Bermuda by sailboat. This B and B locating very close to the marina/customs office. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Allowing me to check in earlier and helping with laundry situation. The feel of the place is definitely authentic to St George and full of history.

Pros: Beautiful property SO close to town! Loved staying here.

Cons: Pillows were flat and hard. And the towels were rough. That's it! Everything else fantastic.

Pros: The staff at Aunt Nea’s were awesome! My wife and I arrived to the hotel late at night. Their staff provided us with very clear directions to get into the inn and had left a nice handwritten note for us on the counter. Check-in was seamless. When checking out, the island taxi service didn’t have any cabs for us, so Aunt Nea’s staff very kindly gave us a lift to the airport.

Pros: The location is exceptional. The beach is lovely. Restaurant location is amazing by the ocean. We were a bit off season so it was very private The bedroom and bathroom were large clean and comfortable.

Cons: Some services seem really overpriced even by Bermuda standard ($14.00 for fruit juice at breakfast; over $210.00 per 50 mn massage) Decoration a bit too “restauration hardware” feel. Not enough Bermuda-like feel. But again overall very pleasant hotel.

Cons: The room was very moldy and carpet was damp. Reported to housekeeping and maintenance but no response. Staffing out side of bedrooms were loud many times. Housekeeping was very rushed.

Pros: The property is nice but they closed the only bar for private parties during my entire stay. The front desk staff and valet were great. The restaurant staff were awful. Won’t stay again. Nothing nearby.

Pros: My fiancé and I came here for a “staycation” as we are expats living in Bermuda. Really felt like we had escaped for a little getaway, and we enjoyed ourselves far more than expected! Staff were very friendly and they added little touches such as the bottle of Prosecco to congratulate my fiancé and me on our engagement. The bar is a relaxing space with good nibbles and a nice pool table area that we really enjoyed. Good gym for a hotel

Cons: As with all things in Bermuda, be prepared to spend a lot. I had forgotten that I hadn’t paid taxes, for example, so had to pay that on site. Mostly though, no complaints and we expect to return!

Pros: The location was excellent in Hamilton. The staff were excellent, helpful and accomodating. The 1930's house was full of charm and character.

Pros: Perfect location, within easy working distance of Hamilton and great restaurants. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, so peaceful. Stayed in room 12, which I loved, palm trees right outside the window and beautifully old fashioned decoration, perfect for plus one -accompanying my husband on business. His (8?) had recently been redecorated with a large desk and neutral decors. Will come back again, only if they promise not to change room 12!

Pros: Very central location in Hamilton, so great for business travellers. If you are travelling with children, it is probably not the best location to stay

Cons: Again, it’s locality in Hamilton was fantastic for the finance sector which is very much huddled around the city of Hamilton, but it is not near any of the beaches but close to the ferry terminal and Central bus station

Pros: I liked so many things. Being close to the airport - 5 minute drive. Being able to try the inclusive package for 3 days instead of the whole week. Not having to carry our bags to our room and being able to leave our bags in our room after we checked out until our flight. When we got in our shared shuttle, our bags were already loaded. Being so close to everything was also nice. Getting picked up for the jetskiing safari was a nice feature. The massages in the caves was really cool.

Pros: We liked the location - rooms were clean - and the beach perfect and the gentleman who works the omelette station super friendly and great cook! Taxi drivers and wendall at the front super helpful and polite!

Cons: All staff was rude from bartenders to front desk to tara at guest services- we asked guest services what we should do in town tara told us take a taxi to the visitors center and look!! Ha the tall bartender was discriminating only helping guests he felt had money AND he constantly charged us for alcoholic beverages when ours were not alcoholic ones we corrected him each time - I didn’t like that there is not a thing of entertainment at the resort and only one restaurant maybe two on occasions

Pros: The rooms were clean and we got clean towels every day. The wireless services is extremely weak. The hotel is not near many things except the airport and Crystal & Fantasy Caves. It's not worth to pay for all inclusive the food is not that great and the drinks are water down. We had two lunches and a dinner during our 5 days stay. The lunch was okay but the dinner at Palm Court was terrible. We ate out for most of our meals. The Sizzle Inn and the Bailey Ice cream shops are nearby and are very good. The beach area is small but comfortable. The bus stop is right outside the hotel so, it makes it easy to explore the islands. The hotel had bus pass or token for purchase.The staff we spoke were very nice and always willing to help.

Pros: I stayed just after the hurricane. Airconditioning and running water was all i needed. Thanks Grotto bay for allowing an impromptu check-in.

Pros: The staff was amazing and so friendly. We loved the breakfasts, our room, the atmosphere, and the caves. We had a couple massage in the cave spa and loved it. The sound of dripping water reverberating through the cave was just so relaxing. I recommend a stay here to anyone who visits bermuda.

Cons: * Our room was unavailable on arrival even though we were a day late because of a Hurricane ... paid for the night we were not in the room and it was unavailable because the manager let others sleep in our room that night ... when I suggested that he should make some financial accommodation, the Manager was dismissive. * While their website pictures a beach, there was no beach in front of this property (rocks) * Rooms are outdated and show wear; sheets didn't fit; no bottled water provided; rooms too perfumed * When cleaning up the staff leave piles of garbage outside the rooms ... very unpleasant * Food was well below the quality of the Elbow Beach Resort ... salad was even served with a dead cockroach

Pros: Coco Reef is an amazing place to stay. The rooms and views are exquisite, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the grounds and beaches are lovely. It is conveniently located 3 miles from Hamilton for nightlife, etc., and it's but a short ride (by scooter, etc.) from Horseshoe Bay Beach and other picturesque coves. In addition, the owner of the hotel can be found at the hotel, and takes great pride in his property. He also enjoys directing photo shoots of his guests :D I recommend this resort to anyone who wants the ultimate Bermuda experience.

Cons: No room service after hours. Only one restaurant option which was limited and the room had no iron.

Cons: Somewhat secluded and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Facilities were beautiful ( although a bit hilly). If you are looking for a quiet retreat to relax I highly recommend Coco Reef Resort!

Though I didn’t meet staff in person, Lana was very accessible by email and very accommodating. Nice pool area and many areas to lounge outdoors. Close proximity to Front Street. Glad I found this place, I would return!

Helped me with some trip logistics and made an effort always to check with me on how I was and how my stay was going. My trip was for business and the location was perfect in Hamilton, Bermuda. Pros: The service was really amazing, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice and accommodating.

Pros: Stayed there with wife and infant for destination wedding, got a great price off a third party sure (much cheaper than the hotel website) but still got a huge room with patio directly out to the pool. I also saw the grotto bay (for a BBQ after the wedding) and would highly recommend paying a little extra to stay at rosewood.

Cons: No hot water... you turn it on and nothing but spitting air. When it finally came, it lasted 30-60 seconds until the pressure was gone. No customer service at all. Tell them and you get nothing, no reaction like they already knew. Morning breakfast included was little boxes of sugar cereals that I never fed my kids when they were young. cinnamon / raisin toast was the only choice. They offer a hot breakfast after sensing the disappointment, but after 25 min for eggs over easy, my scheduled taxi came and I left with no breakfast. Just the piece of toast. The small stuff I looked over with such a great view. But avoid this trap.

Cons: Carpet in room stinks, staff put dirty sheet on bed, no internet 1st day most important day I needed it. I will not return or recommend to anyone. Reached out to GM no answer yet

Pros: I ordered breakfast (included with my room) from the menu every morning. It was hot, fresh, came out quick and delicious. They even made breakfast "to-go" for me one morning so my wife and I could eat from our cottage balcony.

Cons: The front staff were rude and when we got there had to wait while they argued on phone with someone, food was disgusting and cleanliness of hotel terrible, this is way over priced and don’t be fooled by the photos

Pros: The facility was fantastic (one bedroom apt with king sized bed) and in every room we had a breath-taking ocean side view! Staff was hands off, but very helpful when we needed something. We took a dip in the pool every morning and the area was very quiet and secluded. Right next to a bus stop as well! We cannot wait to come back!

Cons: This is not a "dislike," but more of a suggestion. The hotel felt more like a timeshare, which is what we wanted. We had a full kitchen to cook food and received clean towels daily- otherwise it was very independent.

Cons: Filthy. Garbage had not been emptied. There were crumbs on the floor. And when we moved the couch to watch TV the floor was filthy. No batteries in the either of the remote control in the living room. shower provided just more than a trickle of water. Cab driver warned me to lock all doors when we go out. Such a waste. We were staying only one night prior to our flight home. Otherwise we would have moved hotels.
