Pros (+) The price was reasonable and the location and quarters were convenient. The towels and sheets were clean, and despite the cigarette smell, the room itself was clean.
Cons (-) The place smelled like cigarettes and the beds were hard. The shower head was in sore need of a CLR treatment, and the ac cover nearly fell off when touched.
