Pros: Very friendly, small hotel. Charming and clean. Plenty of secondary space to hang out outside of the hotel room.
Pros: Treated like old friends from the moment we stepped through the door! Bob, the front desk clerk, was AMAZING! So friendly and helpful! The room was small, but beautifully appointed. Even though we went to the restaurant a bit earlier than our reservation time, they never batted an eye! Seated us promptly and the wait staff was terrific!
This place is now definitely in our top 5 all time favorites! (The other 4 are out of the country!!)
Cons: What's not to like, seriously?!?!
Pros: Clean rooms and common areas
Restaurant on site
Cons: Very uncomfortable mattress
They have actual keys with a wooden key chain for your room, which are a pain to carry and the locking mechanisms are tricky to operate
Pros: I loved my stay and that is where I will stay on all my trips to Hampton. I have no complaints.
A great choice for a stay in Hampton, Lamie's Inn and The Old Salt Restaurant features a nightclub. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at The Old Salt Restaurant, which serves seafood and is open for lunch and dinner. A bar/lounge and a garden are other highlights, and rooms at this Victorian inn offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: The ambiance was excellent. I loved being greeted by Lincoln.
Cons: Would have been nice to have coffee available earlier then 8:00 am.
It was the most comfortable welcoming place. Staff was absolutely hospitable and accommodations were A+ We stayed in the Iris room which had its own private bath and jacuzzi tub.
Pros: The location was what I liked the best, it was less than 2 minutes to the Ocean.
Cons: Loved it all!
Charming. Quiet. Only half a mile from the beach. Better suited to couples or families with older children (lots of nick knacks for the young ones to break). Loved the little house dog Lincoln.
Pros: Made to order breakfast was delicious. Cutest little house dog named Lincoln met us at the door and saw us off. Beautiful, comfortable common spaces. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: The room was a bit hot.
Location was really good if you want a little more quiet...off of the strip of cheesy and congested hampton beach hotels, though it was a brief walk/drive from the beach! The house was very pretty and pleasant. The owner was very welcoming, I felt really relaxed while I was there. It was a no fuss place to stay. The room was super clean (I recommend the Iris Room), it wasn't a huge suite, but it had a really big bathroom with an awesome jacuzzi! PERFECT! The room was a little bit warm(window units) but the fan made it a little bit cooler. We definitely wouldn't hesitate coming back and staying again :)
Pros: Great location!Walk or drive to the beach easily. Very clean, nice staff!
Cons: The breakfast was alright, nothing too special- eggs OR pancake/french toast We could hear doors slamming in the hallway here and there, unusually loud The owner wasn't there when we were ready to check out, had to search to someone to ask

Cons: Our non smooking room was very humid and smelly. Pool area was sauna style. I do not recommend this hotel
Cons: Didn't get NON-smoking room as requested. Smelly!!!!
Door to room could barely open/ close over carpet and would NOT even open wide. In an emergency
we couldn't get out fast at all!!!
Bathroom could have been cleaner.
Breakfast was just OK.
Pros: Best breakfast, very nice staff and it was quiet
Cons: It was next to a funeral home
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. Close to many restaurants and shops.
Cons: The room we were in was less than desirable. The ceiling had black/grey spots above our bed, I'm hoping it's not mold! The beds were old and saggy. Our "view" on the first floor was of an old delapitated fence with what looks like a run down house next door that can see right into the room. The bathroom needs updating, there was someone's hair stuck to the ceiling of the shower and the worse part was that the heater that you had to turn on ran and sounded like an old window unit a/c. It would be die on fan but when it kicked on to heat it would be so loud you couldn't sleep. Worst couple nights sleep ever! And the "heated" pool is freezing cold!!!
Pros: The hotel was in a pretty good location for dining and going to the each which was great.
The staff was very friendly and courteous, made us feel very comfortable.
And the mini fridge in the room was huge!
Cons: The hotel seemed just kind of sad? The ceiling of our room was wooden planks which was pretty cool, however the bed was extremely hard, the bathroom was tiny and the bath tub wasn't too clean. The hotels "heated" pool was ice cold the entire stay, no towels on the rack for guests to use, the door to the pool was not locked.
The pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel as the weather during our stay was very cloudy and a bit rainy.
Kyak.com said the hotel had a hot tub, it did not.
No shower curtain. The breakfast was not even warm, room temp at best. I just stuck with the muffins because of that.

Pros: The location was good to visit my son. However they do have a difficult driveway and parking lot.
Cons: Smells! This place has bad smells that they try to cover up with carpet cleaner and other "air fresheners" the combination is like a perfumed hog farm!
Pros: Clean , big room, with fold out couch. Could have comffortably handled 10 with sleeping bags.
Coffee was where advertised.
Worth saving $200 to not be right on beach.
Cons: Nothing not to like. Didn't promise fancy, delivered clean, straight forward.
Hot tub was a ibit noisy, but maybe this is the case for all hot tubs.

The indoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at PEKING CHINESE, which serves Chinese cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. Pros: Although the room didn't appear clean at first it really was quite clean, but the furnishings were worn that gave it a non-clean appearance.
Cons: The bed was very firm. If I didn't have an air mattress I would have slept in the car.
Pros: Proximity to the beach
Cons: They didn't replace towels or check the room for the extra day

Pros: Very convenient location and the view was great.
Cons: very very crapped room. not enough power outlets. Definitely a fire hazard having a surge protector barely hanging on the wall with the tv, microwave, fridge, and cable box plugged into it.
Enjoy your visit to Hampton with a stay at Moulton Hotel. Guests will have free perks like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with balconies or patios and jetted tubs.
Situated near the beach, this motel is within a 10-minute walk of Ocean Gaming Casino, Blue Ocean Discovery Center, and Hampton Beach State Park. Casino Cascade Water Slide and Seacoast Fire Museum are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Cons: Apparently the man at the front desk told a bunch of college kids it was ok to party there. Until 4 am none the less. Music cranked jumping on beds drunk screaming girls. I didn't sleep a wink. To make matters worse there wasn't even any staff on at night, so I couldn't even place a complaint
Pros: I liked the fact they had a pool, small though it was; the room was clean enough and it was within walking distance of the beach and the casino ballroom, which is the reason I stayed there.
Cons: The bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable. Room was small. We had a full bed and a bunk bed. The bottom rung on the ladder to the top bunk was missing which made it difficult and, in my opinion, dangerous. Air conditioner was so high up I had to stand on the nightstand to turn it on/off which was not only inconvenient but also dangerous. For $200+ for one night it should be better maintained.
Pros: Everything was great. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Place was very clean. Thank you
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Rooms were clean.
Cons: Front office was very cheesy. Pool not noteworthy.
Pros: I like the rooms ,they were very cleaned I enjoyed my room.
Cons: no ice machine, the view ,wasn't beach front
Pros: It is exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Beach motel. Nothing fancy. A little outdated. The location is great. Great price.
Cons: If you are expecting the Four Seasons, that's your problem.
Pros: Great location, reasonable price and good amount of space.
Cons: Toilet chose who it would and would not work for.
Built in 1985 the Regal Inn has been a home away from home for many of our guests who return year after year. Stephen Jones says the Regal is where strangers become friends. Our guests are pleasantly surprised to find that so many nice people are often staying at the Regal. We are very happy about that also. Our guests claim our pool is the Best in Hampton Beach. If a pool is important to you you will be very happy at the Regal Inn.Although there are no Ocean views from our rooms we are just a short two minute walk to the beach. Actually the fact that we are not on Ocean Boulevard provides our guests with a location that is quieter than most at Hampton Beach. The Childrens Playground is a 5 minute walk away. All of our rooms have a small fridge A/C cable TV full bath and phone. We also have Jacuzzi suites and two-room suites available.More tough choices-Our jacuzzi-the pool-The beach-shopping boating-fishing-and restaurants are all within a short walk.
Pros: The price was reasonable and the location and quarters were convenient. The towels and sheets were clean, and despite the cigarette smell, the room itself was clean.
Cons: The place smelled like cigarettes and the beds were hard. The shower head was in sore need of a CLR treatment, and the ac cover nearly fell off when touched.
Pros: It's cheap, no frills, but all you really need if you're just looking for a place to crash. Near many convenience stores and restaurants, short drive to the beach. Definitely not new, but my room was not disgusting as many reviewers noted.
Pros: I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. I booked a reservation for a one night say because I was visiting a friend who was vacationing in Hampton when I arrived the gentleman told me there were no clean ROMs and that I had to wait I called the night before and told them I would be traveling an hour and a half and I saw that the check in time is at 3 p. M. And the gentleman that I spoke to said no problem as soon as you get here I will get you right in so the gentleman that was on when I got there could not have been ruder, got his mother involved they looked me up and down and said Oh no cancel her reservation she's not gonna like she's just gonna cause problems. the only reason I chose this motel was because we were staying one night and I wasn't planning on spending much time in the modes how I knew it was inexpensive but didn't expect to experience this. I told them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau because the way iwas treated was beyond professional they literally looked me up n down and stereo typed the way that I looked. I was so frustrated I sent my husband in and they gave him a run and said it would be ready in 5 minutes if I didn't have a two year old sleeping in the car and was eager to go visit my friends I would have definitely gone somewhere else worst service ever
Cons: the rooms were dirty the toilet broke and the service was very poor
