Cons: Very small nit picky things really. Could have done with a top sheet on the bed as the duvet was very warm for the time of year. There was a clock that chimed every hour downstairs which did wake me a couple of times, these were the only negitive things I could come up with at a push!

Overall however we very much enjoyed our stay, and we are likely to consider visiting again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location perfect with breath-taking views of the castle, the bay and the mountains beyond. The room was large. The breakfast generous and beautifully presented. I loved the fruit salad and that the mixture changed daily. The owners couldn't do enough. The little touches were there, every time. Water flask provided and refrigerated for us. Provided us with a socket for the electric toothbrush, when a very hot day drew the curtains while we were out so we didn't return to an oven. All the guides relating to the area were available in the guest lounge, as were books and DVD's for rainy days, which some people report in N Wales mountains. Breakfast was fun as you could choose to share a table with others, we did and met 4 very fun and interesting people. Our thanks to Rodger and Derek for giving us a perfect holiday.
Cons: Coming home.

The location is conveniently near the center of Harlech, close by the Castle, and a perfect starting point for scenic walks. The house doubles as a gallery for Derek's paintings.
Cons: The only caveat is that you have to negotiate stairs, but you probably would not be visiting seriously hilly Harlech if you were lacking in mobility.

Pros: Lovely tranquil location.
Cons: Our only criticism of this lovely B&B is the Property needs a clear named sign. It does say Awel y Mynydd added on with small stickers under the painted bed and breakfast signage. It's hard to spot from the road. We drove by several times trying to find it. Post code in TomTom's latest Sat nav only gives the road to choose and no option to add a house number.

Pros: Everything that was provided in our room. The selection of food for breakfast. How close the hotel was to town but not quite within so was quite peaceful. Yet central to various other towns. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved it there. Likely to go again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Premises were clean and modern. Room comfortable with nice bed. Has its own car park. Conveniently located near the harbour / shops. Excellent cooked breakfast. There is a fridge in the corridor which is handy if you need to travel with your own food.
Cons: Not really a criticism, but the single room I had was on the small side. It may not be comfortable for those travelling with lots of luggage. On the other hand, if you are travelling for business with a small suitcase it will be perfect as the room comes with a proper desk, which are not that common these days.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cute and cosy! Amazing location and lovely hosts, absolutely enjoyed our weekend there
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious, comfy living room with books, maps - & piano. Great views of distant mountains & sea from front, & sheep could be seen front & back. Off the beaten track, well away from main road. Surprising & delightful fruity bowls left on tray for breakfast. We don't do 'beach holidays' but wanted to spent a little time by the sea. Hostess recommended beach a little further north, avoiding 'Shell Island' £7.50 car park rip-off. Enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Minor things: Double bed & sink/shower room a bit small. Hostess friendly but very brief contact: slightly too hands-off. No cooked meal except toast & egg boiling device. Kettle, water & milk provided. Somewhere between B&B and self-catering, which we didn't mind.
10.0 Excellent

Close to stunning beaches and some lovely villages. And all very good value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 12 out of 10! Wonderful hosts, perfect location right between the sea and the mountains, extraordinary breakfast with homemade bread, phenomenal dinners (the quality of which most restaurants can't compete with!) and lovely, super-clean and generously furnished rooms (bedroom and living room). You can't ask for more!

Pros: We loved the quiet tranquility of this place, with views of the sea and plenty of space in the living room and bedroom we were very comfortable on our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The barn was clean and tastefully decorated to the extent of fresh flowers in the lounge. It was very quiet and peaceful, the garden was well maintained and the sheep were just across the fence. The breakfast was simply amazing and all our dietary requirements (no gluten or dairy) perfectly accommodated. Food was of very good quality and one of the bests we've had when on a holiday break . For those who fancy mod cons there was a telly, a selection of DVDs and WiFi. Board games were available too as well as books.
Cons: Bank holiday weekend too short!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Large living room, healthy breakfast, nice helpful owners.
Cons: bathroom a little small.

Pros: We had a super king size bed which was very comfortable. We took our dog with us, and there was a letter from their dog welcoming her to the hotel, along with the do"s and dont's, also a food bowl for her with treats as well as a pack of poo bags. The biscuits in the room were homemade shortbread, which were delicious. The thought which has gone into making the hotel as pleasant as possible is incredible. All of the staff were very friendly and work well together. This shines through to the guests.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings and the cabana suites were spacious and comfortable. Very much a lovely place to stay with only a very short drive to Tremadog or Porthmadog
Cons: The restaurant was very noisy on the evening we dined there - the food was lovely it was just the noise level
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Cabanas were fantastic, we stayed there with our 2 kids and it was the perfect choice for our stay in Snowdonia - they are well-designed, with thoughtful details, stylish furnishing and everything that you could need to make your stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the blackout blinds ensured a good night's sleep and it was so peaceful. Breakfast is served in the main hotel and was delicious, with gluten-free and non-dairy options that were much appreciated. The ground were impeccably kept, staff were friendly and attentive. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location!
Cons: Restaurant serving was way to slow, rooms need updating
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, lovely new accommodation, good breakfast
Cons: one small thing - as it is new accommodation needs a few extra items to make it 100% (oven glove, indoor table, also bin bag and toilet roll would be handy)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The double power shower was either very hot or cold when both in use and the doors didn't fit aswell as they could, leaving the floor very wet and slippery.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and location. The staff really let it down - no attention to waiting customers, poor dress code, kept waiting at reception, kept waiting for food, no cutlery, menus, had to asked two or three times for everything. I think this place was once really classy but I think management have cost cut on the staff side. The food itself was great. But service and staff is what would stop me from recommending this place. Need to rehire staff with hospitality and hotel experience. The building itself is great. Shame but can be improved from a business point of view.
Cons: Staff manner and service delay on the smallest of requests.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful area, very helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Neat clean , all amenities were as mentioned. Family cabana had everything and wasn’t cramped. Property has nice walking tracks in woods.
Cons: Staff was not the warmest. They did not made us feel at home. Will still recommend this place as everything else was 10/10
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodation was beautiful! It was immaculate and so comfortable. The view of the river from the garden is stunning. Would definitely book again.
Cons: The waitresses forgot our wine order at supper time and we had to ask for it at least 3 times until it arrived but saying that, the food was fabulous.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and welcoming
