Cons: This was the dirtiest, smelliest hotel room I have ever stayed st.. With dirt on the bed covers and old food sitting in the refrigerator. Not to mention the plastic stretch wrap covering the smoke detector. We avoided the "free" breakfast because it sits out all day...
Pros: Services were wonderful rooms looked great
Pros: There is a computer located down in the lobby for guest only. I needed to use the computer to check my e-mail. But, it was impossible knowing that the staff memeber didn't put her guest first. The front desk clerk ask me was there anything she could help me with. And, I did say that I needed to use the computer to check my e-mail. So, that staff member clearly knew that I was standing there to use the computer. I wind up leaving, and waiting till I got home to check my e-mail messages. Another thing a lot of young teens hanging out in the lobby making a lot of noise, and through out the halls where late at night when guest was trying to sleep. But, other than that it was okay. Because, I loved the breakfast that they serve in the morning to there guest.
Pros: Great clean rooms, staff was polite and knowledgable about local eateries.
Cons: No sign off the road for the driveway. Hotel is tucked off the main road was difficult to find in the dark.

Pros: Staff could care less about customers. Very poor attitude
Pros: Location was great. Right near a strip mall with a superwalmart, dollar store, nail salon, great retail.
Cons: Well my room was suppose to be a deluxe suite, but we found out this location doesn't have a deluxe suite.
Pros: I like the suite setting. The customer service was great.
Cons: The suites need closet and drawers. The gym needs to be upgraded as well.
Pros: Nice hotel.
Pros: All of the representives I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant
Cons: Due to the online booking gave us limited available room choice which was not true at check-in and do not show or give any discount options. Front desk clerk advised us when booking online 'no discounts' can be given and there is a fee for online booki
Pros: Nicest in town
Cons: No indoor pool
Pros: It was convenient. The staff was very polite. The mattress was comfortable.
Cons: The sheets looked old and worn. The curtain doesn't fully cover the window and there is a bright light outside. The rug needs to be cleaned. The bathroom is small. Not many restaurants, etc., around the place.
Pros: My favorite part of my stay was when I was able to checkout.
Cons: This place is a dump. They have people who actually live at this hotel. Using their towels is like drying off with sandpaper. I also got bit from bed bugs. There was no hot water from the shower. And don't ask me about breakfast.
Cons: Walls in room has stains and there were no tissues. Water in shower started out very hot (& I like hot water)and took awhile to get cool enough to shower in.
Pros: Great staff great location clean room pool was great enjoyed my stay
Cons: did not like front desk service
Cons: This was the worst hotel experience we have eve encountered. Our room was broken into in the middle of the night by management saying that we should not be in this room. They thwarted the deadbolt and safety bar. It could have turned into a police action.
Pros: I stay here every time I come to Henderson (just about weekly). Good rates, friendly staff, well maintained facility. Rooms have been recently renovated. Nice comfortable place to rest and convenient location.

I will never stay there again; I'd rather sleep in my car. I've stayed motels before and they were no where near the shape ulof this place. I guess you get what you pay for. Then again, I've paid fifty six dollars to stay at a hotel on the weekend. So, forty five dollars was huge stretch for this place. Came to the area for a funeral and the room's condition was more sad looking than my loved ones. Never again.
Pros: I didn't like anything about this place. I did not pay attention to the star level, because this place was close to me.
Cons: The toilet seat had been chipped away at. I did NOT take a shower bec the tub looked horrible and had hair in it. The entire tub (inside & tiles) had been painted; some to cover mold. And the supposed to be white wash cloths were extremely distasteful.
