Pros (+) The pool and breakfast are great. Housekeeping is amazing!!
Cons (-) Room decor was minimal and uninviting. Food needed much improvement for price it was. Everything had a price tag, borrowing a towel/wine opener/etc seemed too much of a big deal. Guests are either families or old guys taking their girlfriends for the weekend while their wives are out of town. Swim up bar closed at 6pm everyday! Probably wouldn’t be my first choice going back to Costa Rica.

Pros (+) I loved the close proximity to the water views, the onsite restaurants, the spa, and the overall campus which included the golf course and Marina village. My upgraded suite was absolutely fabulous and perfect for celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! This was our first visit to Costa Rica and I loved it.
Cons (-) I was not as impressed with Jaco (the nearby town). It did provide lots of options for souvenir shopping but I did not see many restaurant options. Are there other nearby local villages?
