10.0 Excellent
Pros: Impressive luxury inn, tucked away on a hillside in bucolic Hermann, Missouri. Staff is attentive, rooms and large spa baths are massive and expertly appointed. Best of all is the view across the valley and out over the stunning Missouri River. Book a pizza dinner or grilled veggie skewers on the deck. Bring your bikes and bike the Katy trail.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. The view from our room was beautiful.
Cons: It was a little more than we usually spend on a Bed and Breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hot tub on the private patio was amazing as well as the jacuzzi tub. The fireplaces were a perfect mood setter for our romantic weekend. And the heated towel racks and stocked fridge were an unexpected surprise.
Cons: The only thing my husband and I didn't like is the fact that we had to drive across town just to check in to our cottage and then drive all the way back across town to get to the cottage. It be would be more convenient if we could check in at the cottage location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All the special things that I didn't know about were very welcome! The breakfast was awesome, as was the snack we got when we arrived. The deck was nice to have wine and we did a pizza, which was also very good!
Cons: Maybe the room could have been more appointed for the price. We may go somewhere else for the price the next time - can't always afford this property.

Cons: The bed was not that comfortable. Very hard. The TV was so small that we could not see our choices of shows to watch from our bed. It must have been an 18" screen. Pros: Loved the lication and view.
Cons: For the price, for the average income, is high.Expected nicer cheese tray on arrival. Wine was good. Nice to have botte wine with cheese and sausage 2nd night. Breakfast buffet good.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful. The room and cleanliness could not be better. It's right next to the Amtrack railroad station, and across from Tin Mill Brewery and Hermanhoff Winery. The multi head shower was great, didn't have time to use the hot tub though. They provided a complementary bottle of nice "white lady" wine from their Winery as well as a gift bag of snacks and bottled water. The gas fireplace was a nice touch.
Cons: They did warn that it can be noisy. Seemed like trains came through constantly. The building shook like an earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale. Made some strange noises too. Our room was directly over the kitchen, and they must have some really ancient noisy machine down there that sounds like anti-aircraft guns. Went off for several minutes at a time repeatedly in the wee hours of the morning. They did supply ear plugs with the room, but I didn't use them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cottage rooms are great. The breakfast Friday was very delicious. Room service brought a little snack bag with waters and goodies Saturday morning which was an unexpected treat.

6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very kind and polite. I liked that they served breakfast in the morning. I also thought it was nice that they accept pets and have dog treats for them.

Pros: Good location right off I70
Cons: When we got there a sign at the front desk said back in five minutes. It was more like ten minutes. After driving for twelves hours I didn’t want to just sit and at an unattended front desk. Slept for 8 hours and woke up to a toilet that would not flush. Told front desk. They didn’t seem to care. Used the bathroom in the lobby and just left. Breakfast was only cold cereal and a waffle machine. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great night staff! Very friendly & helpful. The pool was wonderful! It does need a bit of tile maintenance. The room was very clean & comfortable.
Cons: Hot tub closed.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing at ALL.................
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing more than a place to shower and sleep after a long, hot, and tiring day. The air conditioner worked.
Cons: I should have known! As soon as we parked, I noted the outdoor trash can was in need of replacement as it was broken. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. The cover on the air conditioner was broken, and hanging from the front of the unit. The toilet clogged in the morning. When I reported the clog, I was told to use the toilet in the pool or lobby area. When I asked to use the bathroom facilities in a neighboring room, I was told "no" and was given the option to acquire a plunger at the front desk and plunge it myself. We packed up, left, and went to the McDonald's for restroom facilities and breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool was nice & warm. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Great breakfast . Coffee, not so good. Parking very convenient. Will return again.
Cons: coffee
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Neat clean room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing, super accommodating, and very friendly. The breakfast bar was superb with several options.
Cons: The room was clean, but there was a stain in the very bottom of the toilet bowl, the carpets in the hallways were stained, and the pool had a weird, soapy film on top. But the beds and main rooms were clean.
