It's a great place. Very comfortable and clean. Top notch. Would love to go back again
Very accommodating staff. From Desk to room service, pool, to valet service we will return. Nothing comes to mind
It was exactly what my boyfriend, 12 year old daughter and I wanted! The facility was great as it was right on the beach but also had a pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant. Also the fact that there were servers for both the beach and pool. Any time of the day there was excellent food offered. The staff was very professional yet fun and easy to chat with. The room was always clean and very comfortable. We will DEFINITELY be back. My boyfriend and I have traveled a lot through out ours lives so to find a place we must return to is a big deal!
Steve on the beach.....outstanding!!
Location; Restaurant was outstanding Mandatory Valet Parking was a little inconvenient.
The best deal for the money. The restaurant had excellent food. The Maine Lobster Roll was wonderful....and we couldn't have been further from Maine! Elevator needs updating.
I requested several times, including a month prior a room facing pool. Kayak also asked me and I said room facing pool. I called hotel a month prior and guy said Yes- you are booked for room facing pool. I got a room facing parking lot. Not happy about that
The hotel has really become special ever since it was taken over by Wyndham. They did an amazing job cleaning the property up and making a top notch hotel. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable offering amazing views of the ocean. A perfect place for anyone looking for a place to escape the winter up north without having to go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Not a big complaint but the pool could be a little bigger. When you have some kids in there it can feel a little small.
The room size Balcony is not really a balcony Mold in bathroom Found black hair and dirt under the bed sheets it looked like someone used the bed sheets before
I booked 3 nights here with my girlfriend. This hotel seemed like the best deal in the area as far as wanting an ocean view and a balcony. The fridge in the room was a great plus, we were able to buy drinks and snacks to keep in the room. The beds were comfortable, although extremely warm, just turn the thermostat way down before going to bed. The restaurants in the hotel were very good for breakfast and lunch. The night desk person was very rude. We got back to the hotel one night around 11:30pm and wanted to know if room service was still available or if any of the restaurants were still serving. We waited at the desk for a few minutes before finally calling the hotel from one of our cell phones. The night desk person came out of the back to answer the phone, which was us standing there waiting on her. She rudely told us that she had too much work to do and could not stay at the desk. I would understand going to the back room around 3-5am, but this was 11:30 at night, people were still coming and going, bars and restaurants in the area were still open. I suggest this hotel give this person work they can do while at the desk.
You can't get any closer to the beach than this and there are restaurants within walking distance making it perfect. The only small downside is that the underside of the duvet covers are a bit slippery so they kept falling off the bed throughout the night.
Location was perfect. Vallet was awesome! Unfriendly staff at check in Only 2 towels in bathroom upon arrival No safe in the room The refrigerator was turned completely off and we had to pull it out of the cabinet to figure out how to turn it on.
We stayed at the Town center Marriott in Boca twice this month for 2 nights each and both times they did not do housekeeping (towels, clean bathroom, make beds) on the second day. We made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Nice hotel and good value through kayak but having to ask for towels on the second day in such a hotel is less than expectations.
The room was very nice, clean, well furnished-- everything I would expect in a higher-end hotel. Staff was pleasant, location near shopping center was convenient. Temperature in the common areas was freezing! The hotel restaurants were closed in the afternoon.
Staff was very stuffy shuttle service not advisable hotel greatly under stall in summer
When I showed up around 9:15p, the desk receptionist was fast, accurate and very nice in getting me checked in. he provided me with a room option that was good for me and I appreciated it. I was checked in within minutes of arrival. A very good experience. the room was neat, clean and very comfortable. The bed and reading chair were very suitable for the space and I was able to work effectively. I had some confusion on where some outside walking options existed. I was there for a conference and did not feel the conference rooms were marked well from the hotel lobby. Early in the morning, prior to 8 am, there was cleaning activity next door in an adjoining room. I felt this was too soon.
Nothing The room was dingy; the mattress was old and uncomfortable; the towels and other items were cheap And of poor quality; there was no writing surface in the room.
Location and while there was nothing special about it you could see the staff/ownership made a real effort. An extra amenity fee. I've never paid one before and didn't I got anything for it.
The hotel is in a nice location and the room had a nice lush garden patio. The pool had a tiki bar that was convenient and well maintained. Everything looks nice until you enter the hotel room. The hotel seems to be in need of updates and repairs. it was fine for a quick overnight stay.
Location, pool, easy check-in. Restaurant and tiki bar on site. A/C, ice machine, refrigerator, everything worked as it should. Friendly staff. A couple roaches came out of the microwave.
Close to everything Two tvs only one worked
Great price for the location. Nothing to write home about in terms of the interior of the rooms but was clean.
To start, they tried to put us in a lesser room then we booked. The rooms smell musty/moldy. Bed sheets were not changed daily. Housekeeping straightened up, but did not CLEAN! The same room service tray sat outside the room next door for 3 days! No information in rooms about amenities or services - when asked at the front desk, we were given a xeroxed sheet of paper that didn't offer any real information. Glad we did not spend a lot of time in room! Would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. The only good thing was the location.
Loud construction noise
Nice to have a fresh and healthier place to eat. They had a total gym with no connectors to use the machine. House keeping was rude and never smiled or acknowledged you.
Great location and value Was undergoing maintained on the pool
The Tea and Coffee house on the second floor. And the Farmer's table adjacent was good. Convenient to many business venues and restaurants. Very basic. Not a four star hotel. Pillows were so bad I went out and bought my own.
The staff were so accommodating when we stayed for 8 days with an 11 month old. We could not have asked for better service or more understanding and kindness. Great gym! They should really do a free breakfast. The tea lounge is great but it is very pricey. $3 for a cup of tea in the morning! At least a complimentary continental breakfast would really make this visit perfect.
Pool area and location are very good. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too small Tv didn't work. Had to call for a repair. Toilet paper was just placed on the vanity. No toilet roll dispenser. Air conditioner is very loud and could not sleep.
Good location. Good service. Clean and looks great No refrigerator
The room, bed, location, and property were all very nice. They must have an issue with their fire alarm system because it went off near the same time both nights of our stay. Right around midnight. Staff did not say anything or ever apologize.
Although, getting into my room was a pain, the room was extremely clean and so was the pool area. (disclaimer: the pool is not as big as it seems in the picture at all) Four times when I tried to enter my room my key wouldn't work, so I'd have to go down to the lobby and ask them to fix it. It wasn't my key, it was the door! Surprisingly enough after 4 times trying to enter my room, you could imagine that I was a little upset; the staff did not apologize or even offer me a different room but they sure did take their sweet time to fix it.
Clean and nice. Great pool Perfect location.
Pool area and restaurant was great. Finishes in rooms (e.g., bath) were surprisingly dated for a Wyndham. Clearly converted from an older hotel. But they were clean.
Restaurant food is delicious and the service is awesome. The views are lovely. The beach resort is accessible by shuttle and is worth the ride, very beautiful. The best things are the staff and the view Everything is way overpriced, starting with the $40 a night mandatory valet parking to the $35 per person breakfast. If you don't have a car you don't have a choice, so it gets expensive. The rooms are nice but there is very low water pressure in the shower and the sink. No soundproofing so you will hear everything your neighbor's are doing (I.e. The screaming infant in the adjacent room).
Pool was lovely. Staff was friendly Dirty pillow case the first night and then the next day, the cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth that wasn't mine on my bathroom floor and didn't refill the toiletries.
Staff helpful, friendly Bedding needs replacement
Pool was great. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Nice comfortable hotel. Liked it.
Including trial sign in and sign out quick and easy They did not have two bed room despite reservation for same
This is not a four star hotel--more like a fancy 2.5 star place
Free breakfast for kids Decor Pool bar and restaurant Outdoor space for sitting and lounging Sheets were very soft Low quality pillows Too few towels both in room and pool side No drawers in room-all Shelving and storage were open/visible Toiletries not replaced well-we stayed 5 night
Staff was incredibly attentive. Very clean. windows have a GREAT blackout shade, but there is no semitransparent shade to let light in while still having some privacy. most rooms face the parking lot and on the first floor there are cars only 15 feet away. no refridgerator
No balcony in room
Room had a damp smell to it
The Check in clerk went way out of her way for us!! They did not have a king bed in the room we wanted but she found us another room that was just as good if not better. Later in the day she sent us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberry's. What a great staff. Thanks Tiffany!!!
Great value and amenities. Nothing
The two rooms The hidden location
The staff is very friendly and quick to help if we had requirements. The room was clean and well maintained. We were visiting with friends, but found lots to do with nearby beaches, gardens, an excellent city walking trail, and good restaurants.
If I could get a $100 price at every Embassy suites I would always stay there. I travel for business
Overall cleanliness Construction during our stay; workers outside on our balcony made the stay uncomfortable and we felt we had to keep our curtains closed most of the time.
Clean and convienient.Great breakfast. Need more valet folks to park cars.parking is limited. many of the staff know little english.
Friendly staff that did what they could to improve the situation- cannot fault them for a poorly maintained facility Initially given a room that stank of mold & mildew, which staff changed on second day at my request. Fire alarms went off two nights in a row (once at 3:30am and the second day at 11:30pm). Rooms are worn (peeling paint, broken ice buckets, chipped furniture) & internet is slow. Maid service left me dirty towels.
Fire alarm woke me up twice had to rush downstairs scantily clad and wait outside till it was ok to go in again
Bathroom very dirty, have taken pictures, not cleaned properly.
We enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, welcoming , luxurious at a great price..... Would definitelly stay there again...
Clean , friendly staff, great location , walking distance to everything, great breakfast included Liked everything about our stay
Location Housekeeping was inconsistent Hotel was average at best
The rooms were clean and it is a nice property Service was terrible, lost reservation then charge you $20 for parking on the street.
In the midst of renovation. Lots of construction debris. The room: One end of the bed headboard fell off the wall. (I was sitting quietly at the foot of the bed.) The toilet water ran continuously so it could not be flushed. There was the sound of rushing water continuously in something in the wall.
Reliable WIFI, decent looking pool, nice location next to highway, large room Gnat and fruit fly problem in shower area. About a dozen live ones flying around shower head, and another dozen that were smashed on the ceiling and walls, that apparently cleaning staff were already aware about but didn't want to the clean dead ones up. We also stayed on the top floor, and all we heard was the loud jackhammers and construction noise inches away from our bed during the weekday morning. Could not sleep at all. Hotel management did not care or want to move us, or give us credit. Never again. If you like wasting money, stay here, or expect management to care, don't think that.
Price7 Worn & dirty.
Hotel was clean, and our room had the two doubles with a fold out couch. None of the beds were very comfortable, but the room was otherwise nice, as it had two tv's and a door to separate the beds from the front room. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the pool is heated so it felt nice on a cool morning. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I felt it was a good value for our money. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
Beds were terrible, construction noise was awful, showers were terrible with barely any temperature control. Would never return
Good Location In renovation... Rooms smell like paint....lots of construction materials....give it 3 months....need new pillows!!!!!
The food was gross. It was not very clean.
I liked that there was a separate room from a mini-living room and the bedroom. I didn't like that the hotel was near so few restaurants. I also was a bit peeved that both televisions were out of order inside the hotel room.
Nice place It had bedbugs then when I told them and showed thennthe pics they told me to contact there insurance and they couldent do anything bout it dont stay here very rude ppl there air conditioning leaked and they did not refund my money or comb me a night or say they r sorry trust me don't stay here inless u want to be attack by bed bugs
Location Renovation-noise,dust during my stay, too clouse to free way
Location was good for me, the pool was nice, Staff was friendly and the breakfast. The Air conditioning did not work right, there were stains on the couch, and a crack under the door that allowed some bugs to come in.
StAff was great
I liked the overall appearance. But as we discover all too often is that beauty is only skin deep. My reservation was messed up by the staff and they were extremely rude. Even with a do not disturb sign the house keepers continued to knock on the door at early hours and the desk staff would call constantly. I will never again be using this location even in the case of an absolute emergency.
They don't have HD channels on their televisions, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel just feels dark. I wonder if a color scheme change can improve the mood.
My wife and I weren't sure how many days we'd be in Boca until we got down there and were pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of parking, the lobby was nice with a very friendly staff. The room was great and new, and the pool was a great size by the bar and restsurant. The hotel wasn't on the beach or by Mizner Park, but in a good area to explore all of Boca. The only down side was the complimentary breakfast. It included coffee, danishes, and bagels. Eggs and juice were extra.
The front office staff did not appreciate that we did not book the room directly from Ramada. We had requested a room with a king bed, my husband and I had the worst night's sleep, we had showed our confirmation of a king bed, and they scoffed at our request, due to the fact we booked on "one of the sights".
The Ramada was conveniently located across the street from Embassy Suites where I attended a real estate seminar. The staff was friendly and anxious to please. The rooms were clean and cozy. I enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. The bartender at the Seabreeze was friendly and hard working. I was not happy with the menu at the Seabreeze restaurant as there were very limited healthy choices. The drink choices at the bar were also limited.
I think Guest suites offers good value for the accomodations. It was quiet and relaxed Only did not like the tv, thought the channel selection was limited and the quality of the image not so good. Not really a deal breaker.
When we arrived we asked if we could see a room sine the previous place we booked had roaches they were very friendly and said sure gave us a key and we checked it out it was very clean and bug free we booked it online right from the room. We went to the front desk and requested the same room that we looked at which we got along with free breakfast for myself and husband for the week water and chips at check in and we were on our way to the room There were a bunch of construction workers there that wanted to sneak people in and out all night long they kept propping the gate open with bricks thanks to the mantainance guy he had to go back and shut it several times to make sure people weren't just coming in and out especially if those people are people that shouldnt be there. Other then that no complaints everything was great including the staff The omelette lady was excellent such a hard caring worker that cares about doing a good job and excellent with the customers, those workers are hard to find and are few and far between. Overall excellent experience and we will be back!
Too much money for a run down hotel
Helpful front desk that obliged with directions to a bank, even tho it wasn't near the miles she said it was. My room was outside a staging area for the housekeepers. They started chatting - and chatting - at 7 am pretty oblivious that they were just outside guestrooms. Not the wake up call I expected or wanted.
Hotel had all the basic amenities we needed while our family stayed for three weeks until our new home was ready to move in
I had to change roommate 4 times due to having no hot water, the room smelled like mold, the smile detector was beeping, the noise of the dumpster begins the room. Awful experience. They have older rooms which ate less than one star And the newer rooms are 1.5 stars. Would NEVER recommend this hotel
Loved the ease of getting around town and beach either via facility car or trolley. It was also close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The only thing I did not like was not having a full mirror in the room.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoy the transportation and convenience of the beach club. Food at the beach club is always good and the staff if quite friendly. The beach club pool was too crowded on Saturday. A lot of noisy kids and adults who don't discipline. If you are going for adult time I would recommend a mid week stay. Friday was lovely. It would be nice to have pads on the lounge chairs on the beach to make the chair more comfortable.
Beach club, car service, location on Atlantic Avenue I usually stay at the Marriott because of the activities of the ocean. I was tracked it by a lower rate to it. I had stayed there many times. I forgot about the resort. Since I was there for a long day, the resort season ended up being more than the cost of the night. I prefer to know ahead Of time what I'm going to say, not being dri of time what I'm going to say, not being surprise at the end
Arielle is the best bartender ever!!!
The hotel is connected with the Boca Raton Resort and club therefore all the facilities at the main hotel are available for quests at the beach club the beach club can get very crowded on the weekends especially holiday weekend since it is not just a hotel but also a private country club.
Nice big clean room, nice shower head and plenty of hot water and water pressure, plenty of blankets and pillows and really nice soft plush towels. Long walk from lobby or parking lot to room which was hard carrying a lot of luggage and it was very cold outside, doors open to outside so it's more like a motel than a hotel.
My husband and I loved this place. We only stayed for one night but their services there was great! They offered free breakfast located in a nice closed in area in the hotel. There's a pool and jacuzzi as well. Rooms were very clean and staff were simply amazing.
The AC vents were disgusting and old. The bathroom was gross
My daughter and I were touring colleges and stayed here one night. It was nice and clean. I don't like to stay at hotels/motels wth the entry door to the room opening to the outside. I usually choose the interior door style in hotels but we compromised on this and will say, we still felt safe. It had wonderful garden outside our room and adorable lizards too!
Very friendly staff and clean Air-condition as standard way too cold (in every hotel in the us we visited)
Staff was friendly and helpful. especially at front desk no
It was clean and appeared to be in "new" condition. Excellent value for the price I paid. There was not anything that I did not like about this property.
Very clean and comfortable. New, updated furniture. Nice clean pool and hot tub. I've stayed at the Westin multiple times, which is a far more expensive hotel than this one, and I felt this one was just as comfortable and luxurious. It's in a GREAT locAtion; walking distance to a beautiful movie theater with a restraint and an entertainment place for kids with mini-golf, an arcade, and go-karts; a 7 minute drive to a great mall and multiple nice restaurant such as Capital Grille, Cheesecake Factory, J. Alexander's & P.F. Changs.
