Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, often highlighting its proximity to events, shopping, and major roads. Many reviews also complimented the friendly and helpful staff, with several guests mentioning specific employees who made their stay pleasant. However, multiple guests expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast, noting that it was served at a neighboring hotel and was of poor quality. Room cleanliness and comfort, particularly the beds and furnishings, received criticism in several reviews, with some describing the property as dated or in need of updates. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in breakfast quality, room comfort, and cleanliness.
