Great location! Easy to access from Hiroshima St. Room was clean, comfortable, a bit small but we didn't spend much time there anyways. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend it.
This hotel was in a very convenient location- a mere minutes walk away from the Peace Museum and a fancy oyster restaurant on the river. The hotel bar was also excellent with affordable, high-quality drinks and excellent service. I liked everything about this hotel.
the location the room was too hot and the air conditioning was ineffective
A centrally located hotel, close to the A-dome and shopping. Good quality to a good price
I booked nonsmoking room but it didnt smell good, it seems like they out the nonsmoking sign just before my arrival.
This hotel is good for just sleep shopping business which we spend most time outside , The location is good just 200 m to Steertcar station The room which I booked from the Net is face inside for other person I recommed to request Riverside.
good location, reasenable price
Great rooms, very attentive staff, and the location was excellent for catching the sights. Nothing, the stay was excellent.
The location was good and convenient. Hotel staff was accommodating and helpful.
The room was very spacious , clean and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the Hiroshima museum and to several resteraunts in the area. But above all, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Can't recommend them enough!
Excellent location and value for money. Both the building and room were spacious, welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast could have been more varied.
Efficient handling and good at providing tourist information guidelines
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. They promptly posted me an important item that I had left behind. The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to use as was the wardrobe which was very hard to access due to poor design of the area.
Conform to expectation we can have for a 4 stars, Conform to Crowne Plaza standards, good location, nice room.
Great Location next to Peace Museum and Peace Park. The staff helped me with all my problems and questions. Would totally stay here again if I ever come back to Hiroshima The room was small, but not unexpected, and was enough for me.
the room was a fair size, the location was very good right next to the peace park. also there are tram stations few minute walk which makes it easy to travel around. check out was very early!
The hotel has an excellent location. The team is very supportive, in particular the generl manager who has helped us exceptionally. Breakfast menu is more Japanese style than Western.
The location of the hotel is very nice and the staff is very nice and cooperative!
Very helpful staff and accessible/near from tourist spots Very limited use of english
The hotel is near the the main shopping area and near the Memorial park and museum. - very good location
location - close to the bomb museum and a-dome, and hondori. most staff spoke english. the lift is quite slow. the map does not show clearly which street the hotel entrance is on - perhaps be more specific.
Facilities were good. Laundry, Free Internet, Vending Machines, Clean Room.
Very modern, new rooms, located on a main street, etc. One of the best low-cost hotels we stayed at in Japan.
Clean and comfortable room. Good location.
The proximity to the Peace Gardens in Hiroshima. Room was very small.
The location was very convenient to the trolley and the major sights of interest. I would recommend it to someone who does not expect luxury, just a clean servicable room . The only negative I have to offer is the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. If you plan on shaving I would not use a blade.
Excellent location. Close to Hiroshima memorial and shopping area. Free shuttle between hotel and railway station. Good Japanese buffet breakfast. Great value overall. Hotel front does not show its name conspicuously in English.
Comfortable bed, pleasant design, good location and close to public transport and restaurants. Breakfast plentiful and good quality for the cost. Staff helpful. Public bath good. Easy to get to Myajima where we spent an enjoyable day. The deep bath in our bathroom was difficult to get out of without grab rails. I hurt my back hauling myself out and needed a remedial massage which cost me Y 6400. The room was small. Sometimes the staff didn't understand what we were saying, extra English would be helpful.
The location of this hotel is excellent (within walking distance from the Peace Memorial Park, shops, restaurants, etc). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice. It was very clean and had an extra washbasin outside the bathroom (what was useful to prepare meals). There was a microwave oven at the corridor where you can heat some ready meal if you are on a budget. I definitely recommend this hotel. None
Excellent location, close to Peace Memorial Park. Also public bath with good amenities and sauna. Very good breakfast, western and japanese style. Small room, but it's good value for money.
Rooms are reasonable for Japan.brilliantly located near the Peace Memorial Museum and a covered shopping Mall. Free transfer service to/from the station. Free Breakfast and internet in room As always Japanese rooms are not large suitcase friendly
The hotel was great. Nice large room, very clean and well equiped. Very kind and helpful staff.
Area was safe, room was large and air conditioned, pjs provided, free internet too. Hotel was a tram ride away from Hiroshima Station (approx 29 mins). Hotel reviews said it was 5 mins from the Peace Park when it was in fact 15 mins walk. Not many restaurants in the area.
We liked the location within easy walking distance of Hiroshima Memorial Peace Park. The hotel room was clean and efficient with a small kitchenette and utensils. Bathroom amenities and tub/shower were very nice. The 2nd floor cafe served good food at reasonable prices. The air conditioner worked really well, which helped because the city was in a heat wave. We had no noise problems. The lobby was too small to sit and meet people because there is only a reception desk and bench.
Breakfast was good and cheap. The hotel is located within a walking distance to the Hishoshima Museum. It's more like a hostel than a hotel.
The front desk staff went out of their way to answer my queries and were happy to give advice.
