Pros. Cleanliness. Good gym. Overall great facilities. Nice location.
Cons. The staff wasn't very friendly. They were not at all enthusiastic if you asked for help. They seemed a bit annoyed at the proposition of doing their job: service.
Pros. We were very happy with the location, great view of the city and river, great amenities in the hotel, rooftop pool was cool! Great restaurant and decent menu. Service was exceptional. Jacky the Guest Service/Concierge was wonderful, very helpful with local tips and keeping us girls safe! Will definitely stay here again when I'm back.
Cons. Some updating could be done but we did notice construction was underway on some floors so I'm sure that's happening.
