I wonder if we would have booked directly we would have gotten better treatment. Requesting a balcony was a fiasco even after we offered to pay extra. They kept us waiting for 30 minutes and then only offered us a king size with a rolling bed instead of 2 queens that we booked plus wanted an extra 150$ for each night. We did decline but were disappointed. They put us in the older hotel. Paying $600 a night plus resort fee is not cheap. For that kind of money one expects 5 star service.
The hotel room was very nice and clean. There needs to be more signage and assistance with where to park in relation to your room. We spent a large portion of our time walking around trying to find where everything is located. Check in was at 3pm. Our room was not ready until after 4:30, unacceptable!

Didn't like that the outside venue seemed abandoned not as many shops most things were closed while I was there . Was unaware there was construction. And after talking to a shop employee she said it's been torn up outside for so long and nothing has been done with the space . Definitely not the same fun place I visited several years ago. Seems like the outdoor area is getting rundown.
