Location is perfect right in the middle of the broadwalk. Room includes beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. There is also a broom in the room to clean up sand, which is nice. Definitely great value for being right on the beach.
Pros. Location was great.
Cons. Not all front desk staff wore masks. When asked, they refused to comply. The safe in the room was broken. We had a very large roach in the shower when we came back to our room on Tuesday. A bulb in the bathroom was not repaired after we requested the repair. Cleaning of our room did not occur until very late in the afternoon. After a day at the beach we wanted to shower but couldn’t because the housekeeper was there at about 4pm.
Pros. Great location, comfortable updated room, free parking.
Cons. Amateur staff, dirty lobby and elevator, somewhat tacky in general. Kayak photo misleading.
