Cons (-) There was no hand soap in the bathroom. This is the only hotel i have come across till today in my thirty five years of business travelling, that has no soap to wash hands. My flight got delayed by a whole day, requested not to charge for first day but refused to refund for that. I was supposed to reach on 15 evening and called them on 14th night West coast time .
