The pleasantness of the staff
No informal cafe. Some across the street, but not in the hotel. Hotel restaurant excellent but expensive and only other choice was on the roof at the pool.
I liked that the staff seemed to really care each and I every time I had a need, even for my puppy ! Thanks for a great stay.
Excellent bed & shower. What else do you need...?
A/C in the bed room is a little bit noisy. I had to shut it off.
Excellent service standards
The staff was fantastic and they all seemed like they enjoyed working there. First class the whole way!
