Pros (+) Location was fantastic, right across the street from the harbor and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Beds were nothing special but decent for the price.
Cons (-) Bathroom was humid and dirty, water pressure was bad. Sliding door to the room didn't work properly, even after maintenance came to fix it.

Pros (+) the location in Hyannis harbor is GREAT !!!
Cons (-) the owners need to invest some money into the place. the bathroom door did not close right, the wifi was difficult and the sliding glass door to get into the room did not lock easily. The screen sliding door did not lock at all !!!

Pros (+) Location was great. Walk to town, ferry landing, etc... Pool was good, although small it was clean enough and great to have a pool. It was fairly quiet as well given how close to town it was and we were there on a Saturday night. Really close to some nightlife. About a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Beach.
Cons (-) The main entrance to each room was a glass sliding door, and locks seemed a little less than high security. It was hard to lock the door. The room itself was clean and had what we needed (beds, shower, toilet, TV), but was quite dated. I still think it was fairly decent value given what things cost in Hyannis at this time of year.
