Cons. We had a full day planned in Indy on Saturday but after we had to evacuate all three of our rooms at 5:30 on the 11th floor because water was rushing through the halls. I had reserved room 1111, 1128 and 1134 for a business/pleasure trip with co workers but it definitely came to an abrupt halt at 5;30 am. I inquired about some kind of credit with Hotel Clerk and CS at Hotel.com but got no resolution or acceptable compensation for this debacle. I know it was outside the control of many but our plan was significantly inconvenienced by this occurrence.
Pros. Location service
Cons. Light fixture in bathroom burnt out. Bottom dresser drawer kept opening creating tripping hazard.
Cons. Heat did not work in our room. Brr!! Would only go up to 62 degrees.
Pros. Clean, and comfy. Walking distance to most of the entertainment downtown has to offer.
Cons. Paying 30 dollars a day to park in the hotel garage.
Pros. Big room. Several restaurants at the hotel. Connected to the mall
Cons. Had to pay to park...I guess that is expected in the city though. Hotel was great though!
